因為下大雪行程有變加上突然重感冒，一共住了3晚，第一晚住的靜謐大床房後面換成套房，總結起來名不副實！1、顯示客運站店，實際離客運站非常非常遠還好我們自己開車自駕來的. 2、顯示全屋智能，其實衹有窗簾智能，空調20分鐘沒反應，馬桶遙控器裏沒電池，配的廉價一次性馬桶套根本套不上，浴缸有血跡，毛巾上有不明毛髮，圖文不符小毛巾直接疊放在洗手枱上，大床房裡的小冰箱直接沒插電，衹有兩瓶礦泉水，找他們要説最多4瓶水…也沒有浴袍，房間在後麪一棟樓，換房間後依然如此….第二天換套房後有浴袍了，但房間佈局非常奇葩，衞生間裏也毫無一個掛衣服的掛鈎，毛巾也在外面，洗完澡你得果着出去穿，衞生間沒暖氣，洗浴用品衹有洗髮水和沐浴露，前一晚大床房還有護髮素和身體乳套房相反沒有🤷♀️套房小冰箱也沒有，一進門沒收乾淨的水、毛巾、一盒不明接線擺在地上，喊門外的保潔拿走進來看了看説喊另外的人來收…洗衣房洗了衣服後請工作人員稍後幫忙放進烘乾機，她説不會…..還有很多槽點，淋浴房門關不嚴漏水嚴重等等，反正這個酒店管理非常混亂，如果不是下雪又重感冒早換酒店了

多次入住該酒店，重裝後的酒店，整潔明亮的房間，全新的床上用品，嶄新的衞浴潔具，自動馬桶，電動窗簾，讓人耳目一新。有素的客服，免費升級房間，提升了入住感。是到遠安不二的入住選擇。
