定好房間後和店裡聯繫了，簡單説明瞭一下情況，房主特意給我們設計了遊玩攻略，再有因為帶孩子去的管家怕冷特意給房間加了電暖器這點很温馨，再有就是因為我們到的比較晚，麻煩了管家蘇姨給我們做了晚飯，第二天早晨管家郭叔帶我們轉了暖泉古鎮並詳細的介紹了歷史，雖然我們去的時候是淡季了，但是感覺還挺温暖的，等到夏天一定再去體驗一下😄

服務態度真的太好了！
小鎮很有意思，夜晚到了之後燈光還亮着，很漂亮！
由於到的太晚了，阿姨還幫忙煮了麪，太暖心！還發現了一顆巨大的多肉，神奇！
第二天起來發現巨可愛的貓咪，蹦來蹦去很貼人，被治癒到了。
一路美景相伴，完美結束旅程！感謝民宿老闆提供的服務🙏

真的是一家很哇塞很有温度的民宿，民宿在暖泉古鎮西古堡景區內，交通便利去看打樹花和小吃街很近很方便步行即可，民宿院子很大很寬闊，（和其他的民宿相比真的很寬闊視野也好）掛着燈籠年味十足，每個房間都有不同的名字，每個屋子都掛着很有特色的門簾子形成一道亮麗的風景線。屋內首先是乾淨，肉眼可見的乾淨，屋內設計也很棒，空間利用和佈置看得出來是花心思的，雖然在冬天房間內取暖設備很全一點也不冷，我得誇一下床睡着真的很舒服，緩解疲勞，被子也很柔軟。打理民宿的叔叔阿姨很熱情，還給我們介紹了古鎮的歷史風土人情，幫我們解決各種問題，還有一衹叫東東的小貓，你和它打招呼會過來蹭你的手手，住在這裏滿滿的放心和鬆弛，大家來暖泉玩真的推薦住古堡伯院，一定不會讓你失望的。

民宿就在古鎮裏面，古西堡是保存比較完整的古堡，有古戲台，寺廟，走在古石板路上，很有歷史感，離小吃街也很近，步行十分鐘。

設施：床墊非常舒服，史密斯科勒的衞浴，非常講究！
衞生：房間乾淨整潔，床單被罩都是一客一換的，看見老闆在院子裏曬的乾乾淨淨，洗漱用品齊全
環境：民宿就在西古堡的主路上，去哪都很方便，小院兒環境也很温馨，院子裏還有小貓超級可愛
服務：老闆相當熱情，我們很晚才到的，大冬天老闆親自去接的我們，給我們講解帶我們參觀了附近，還給我們做了新鮮的現磨咖啡，讓人感覺很温暖~像回家了一樣！老闆人簡直太好啦，祝老闆以後生意興隆~總之非常推薦這家！有機會還會來！

十一哪哪房源是真緊張，為了看暖泉古建築訂了這個民宿，景區外的停車場是沙土的，不收費，從停車場走到這個民宿導航過去需要10分鐘左右。
衞生還可以，小院挺有氛圍感，由於是一層難免會有小蟲子進來🤣，比如我看到這衹大號錢串子，趴在屋門邊上，所以專門拜了財神廟😁

在古鎮裏面，主街上，位置很好。很大的院子，裏面可以挖沙子，有乘涼的椅子傘，待着很愜意。房間雖然小，但看得出來用心，衞生比較好，洗護是進口品牌，牙刷選的是亞朵同質，服務也很熱情，又接又送。第二天想續住，但沒房了，老闆幫忙協調其他的客棧。

這間民宿位置很獨特，在暖泉古鎮的中心位置，需要走過歷史沉澱的斑駁的石板路進入老宅院的深處，很安靜。帶孩子體驗住在古老街道里的四合院的別樣感受。老闆一家很熱情，感覺像住在了古鎮親戚家裡一樣，大家庭晚上在院子裏吃飯叫我們一起熱鬧熱鬧，早上問要不要給我們做點早飯，給了我們煮熟的自家種的很甜的玉米，我們走時還裝了一大袋子玉米給我們。有機會再來蔚縣還會再來。
