酒店乾淨整潔，門口有停車場，前台人員熱情、快捷，客房服務員彬彬有禮。最讓我感動的是，今天早晨我們起晚了，到餐廳早點已經收攤了。餐廳服務員耿椰看到後馬上從後廚給我們端來了煮蛋、牛奶、小米粥、炒青菜、包子、小饅頭和水果，讓我們吃得飽飽的！感謝酒店，感謝酒店的服務人員！下次來蔚縣還會住這家酒店！

整體感覺還可以吧，對縣城的酒店確實不能要求太高，乾淨衞生是最重要的，早餐差一些，但是該有的雞蛋煮食粥還是有的，服務是真的不行。設施舊一點。不過縣城酒店就算不錯了。
