硬件設施還不錯，服務實在跟不上，晚上一共有20幾個人吃飯，菜半小時上不來一個，兩男兩女帶個娃5位，1個涼菜5個熱菜兩盤餃子，不夠吃！一頓飯從5：30吃到8：30菜才上齊。湊湊合合的吃完飯遛個彎兒，回房間大浴缸還不錯，説是温泉水，一點硫磺味兒沒有，淋浴淅淅瀝瀝費死勁了！超級差評的一家破酒店。
就拍兩個菜，實在沒心情再拍第三個菜，這在京城菜量也不至於這麼袖珍！

房間不錯，衞生可以，價格合適，還有泡池，外面景色也很美，帶娃錯峯過來簡直包場水上樂園沒啥人。因為住的地方含有水上樂園門票，目前可以隨意多次進出，挺好的，有温泉也有玩水的地方，孩子玩的很開心。新開的酒店稍微有一點味道不大

住了兩晚，感覺性價比還可以！主要位置很好，去蔚縣玩的首選！
對温泉樂園還是比較滿意的，本來以為樂園水温會涼，但實際水温特別合適。而且從水裡出來明顯有感覺到暖風，這點特別贊！但是水樂園沒有座位和掛衣服和包的地方，帶進去的浴巾浴袍無處安放。希望能改善！
酒店餐廳飯做的實在一般，建議提升下水平！
還有就是前台管理有點問題，需要加強培訓！我們兩天是分別下的單，前台説衹能先開一晚，然後第二天再到前台辦理續住。但是第二天我們出去玩，忘了去前台辦手續了，過了12點酒店就一次次打電話催…我們住過上百家酒店，還沒有遇到過這種情況的。

房間很寬敞，暖風有點不足，屋裡有獨立泡池，也有很多室內室外泡池，十一人不算很多，早餐比較豐盛。離蔚縣古城30分鐘左右，離西大神堡十幾分鍾，晚上去酒店路上有很多大卡車，有點堵車。

房間乾淨，新開的度假村，一看就很新，泡池的玻璃膠都是乾淨的。
房間獨立泡池很舒服，跑完了沖個澡直接睡。
這次時間短，沒去水上樂園，不過冬天可以再來，應該可以玩一天。
看二層還有KTV，遊戲機，檔口的大食代。

房間驚艷到我啦，非常棒👍🏻
泳衣沒地方晾，濕噠噠的，三亞的親子酒店會提供烘乾架，並且還會提供很多衣架，建議酒店可以學習改進一下。
酒店飯菜的味道需要加強一下，周邊沒啥可吃的，衹能在酒店吃，所以一定做好吃點
不過總體還是很滿意的，下次還會再去的

管理混亂，部分服務員和安保人員感覺未經過培訓。
作為度假酒店早餐衹供應的早9點。早餐難吃，收早餐券的前台/經理態度也很差。
二樓餐飲區也很混亂，而且衞生差，地面都快包漿了。
隨處可見在室內抽煙的，甚至吃早餐的地方還有電梯裏都能碰上。工作人員視若無睹，無人管理。作為一個以水上樂園為賣點的酒店，到處都是小孩，放任顧客隨處吸煙，不理解管理者是如何考慮的。
房間內有下水道反味，兩間房都有。
其中一個房間沒有配地巾和防滑墊，問客服服務説這間房就是沒有，她上次打掃也沒有。問總機，接電話的人説酒店就不配這些。我説另一間房是有的，而且怎麼可能酒店不配防滑墊。衞生間和淋浴間都是地磚，不配防滑墊或者地巾確實非常滑。
其中一個房間衞生間門也是壞的。
其實有些服務工作人員還是挺好的，不想一桿子打死。服務如此混亂衹能説明管理者水平太差。

設施新，温泉♨️服務都很好，演出也很精彩，附近徒步越野車玩的也很多，週末過來放鬆一下性價比很高，帶孩子來也不錯！離麻田嶺很近！
