出來和朋友玩，訂了這個酒店，就很驚艷，可以説是蔚縣最好的酒店了。服務一流，保安叔叔第一時間帶我們去停車場停車，前台服務員一直微笑辦理。環境乾淨衞生，入住還送水果和酸奶。衞生間還是乾濕分離，房間也很大，用品很齊全，全屋智能小度控制。冬天來的房間供暖了一點都不冷，不像有的酒店開空調也不暖和。早餐種類很齊全，有好多種蔚縣當地特色。洗衣房乾淨還帶烘乾機。退房還送了小禮品。太滿意了，下次還住。

這次愉快的蔚縣之行，這個酒店加分哈～首先環境衞生方面是我特別注重的，酒店很乾凈，衞生間智能馬桶，很方便，淋浴間熱水很足，酒店大堂有茶水喝。第二服務方面，我們自駕去的，到的比較晚，門口的保安大叔很熱情積極幫我們找車位，給我們運送行李，第一印象就已經很好了，因為帶着長者小童定了兩間房，按我的要求安排了挨着的房間，房間還有歡迎水果，退房的時候還送了伴手禮剪紙，辦理入住很快，前台服務員態度都挺好，房間也很暖和，温度感覺稍高了一些，可以開開窗，透一下，早餐有當地特色，糊糊和餄餎，退房的時候房間落了東西還打電話告訴我一聲，服務很在線，送外賣有機器人送，小孩兒很喜歡，下次會再次考慮入住，隔音在好一些就更好了，不過比起酒店的硬件和軟件服務這麼好，可以稍忽略一下，距離各個景點也都很近，方便，會考慮再去入住的。

在縣城能住這麼好的酒店實屬難的。性價比超高，新店開業，酒店裝修講究，可以看的出來，老闆用心了！從前台到客房服務好，尤其是有一個宋經理，有服務意識，熱情！態度好！早餐豐富，前台還送了紀念品！太驚喜了，入住體驗超級贊！值得推薦

設施：門前停車位置少，但樓後還有停車位。半夜三更停電，直到凌晨四點才有電，但是一直沒有熱水。
早點還湊合。
衞生：乾淨，但房間下午四點才收拾好。
環境：離古城兩公里多。旁邊的飯店吃飯人多
服務：晚上十一點半，連續來了四次電話，説我的名下有十個房間還沒入住，真的是莫名其妙，告訴她我已入住，還是又來電話。

房間忘了拍照片了，環境不錯，停車方便，房間乾淨衞生，性價比很高，服務員態度熱情款待，早餐也非常好，入住有酸奶水果贈送，離店還給了禮物，蔚縣的剪紙，太滿意了，旅行中最滿意的一次入住體驗

初次來蔚縣，對比了好幾家酒店，最後選擇了近期新開的鉑曼酒店，沒想到讓我非常驚喜，剛下車還沒進大廳，就看到遠處的保安大哥向我招手問好了，看見我是電車，立刻給我安排了充電車位。走進大廳，前台小姐姐熱情的向我微笑問好，感覺十分温馨，沒有一點陌生感。辦理入住很痛快，都沒收按金，然後小姐姐幫我拿行李送我到房間門口。打開房門第一刻：沒想到還有智能小度，衞生間和洗澡間都是分開的，智能馬桶、淋浴間地面整體都是最新防滑巖板，而且還配備了防滑墊，走進屋裡看到了桌子上的酸奶和水果，真是我們女生減肥的標配呀，哈哈哈。 更讓我開心的是晚上我點了外賣，送貨上門的盡然是機器人，這樣對我們客人而言更私隱了。早起去吃餐廳，沒想到在一個小縣城還有如此豐富的早餐，蔚縣糊糊、小米稀飯、還有現磨豆漿、鮮奶、咖啡、飲料等等，我都吃撐了。退房走的時候前台小姐姐還送了我蔚縣的剪紙，真是太暖心了，下次來還住鉑曼。

酒店位置優越，設施寢具都很新，服務親切細緻，隔音一般，隔壁或樓道説話可以聽到。酒店有免費停車位，隔壁就是當地飯館，開車去古城或者博物館都很近，就餐便利。酒店早餐種類一般，口味尚可，建議以後增加本地特色食品。總之，酒店品質與價格相當，贈送了歡迎水果和剪紙告別禮，可以説很用心經營了。2024.10.25日入住雙標優惠價332/間，在蔚縣算得上是最高價了，供參考。

到蔚縣出差，攜程看了好多家酒店，但是大部分都是很老很老的那種，後來看到這家酒店新開業的果斷訂好了！辦理入住前台小姐姐服務態度絕對不輸“五星”級別！給個贊👍還主動幫我送行李到房間，房間內的整體效果也很好，在縣城級別的酒店應該算是一流的了，整體智能且衞生非常乾淨，床是超大的2米*2米的，攜程用户還送了新鮮的水果，真的超讚👍早餐廳也很棒，服務人員很熱情，有求必應，飯菜可口。尤其是這個淋浴間，我超喜歡，做的最新潮的整體巖板，防滑且舒適，再爆料一個細節，就是他家的地漏居然用的是潛水艇的！看來確實是用心在做品質的了，退房時候還送了我當地的特色剪紙禮品！非常滿意的一次入住！值得推薦，以後會經常光顧

從西大神堡開車20多公里進縣城住鉑曼酒店，服務員態度特別好，拿着酒店的卡片到隔壁的合禾樓飯店吃飯打折，真不賴！哈哈，，想把車停到後面的停車場去保安一路小跑去給抬桿兒，既有禮貌又有速度和熱情，午睡一會兒服務員還送來水果酸奶，真棒真棒！酒店旁邊還有一家驢肉館，肉香，夏季再來還住這裏，推薦給大家！
