The hotel is very good and the environment is very beautiful. The privacy is good. The sound of the decoration in the morning is quite noisy, it may be that the hotel is under construction recently. Other aspects are good.

選擇住南山美郡還是看着攜程展示不錯，距離縣中心有點距離，想着可以很好休息。不成想入住後發現幾乎沒有洗浴的熱水，如果温涼水能稱為熱水的話，天下着雨可想在右玉這温度這季節，所以本想洗個熱水澡但是未能如願。電話打到房務，人家説工程師傅在吃晚飯（需要十多分鐘），等了40多分鐘也不見人來，我又打電話催促，包括致電前台，均未能等來檢修人員，後來通過電話瞭解其實房務知曉我們所住這棟樓熱水器故障，然而前台竟然説不知道，房間就這樣起租了，住酒店沒辦法洗熱水澡在北方的三月份，並且還是知道故障存在的前提下，真心不知道房務和前台間如何溝通，當然從這一點看酒店的管理存在不小的問題。這個季節房價便宜，性價比很高，但是沒有熱水供應的時候便衹有價比，而失去了重要的洗漱功能，要知道我們自駕幾百公里來右玉觀光，想洗個熱水澡就這麼困難嘛？
酒店別墅園林式佈局，整體環境不錯，因為逛風景導致臨睡前才發現熱水供應故障，如果能早點發現肯定是要換房的，一個晚上的湊合沒啥，衹是覺得一不小心“進坑”了，啥時候酒店服務普通公民能像接待領導的小跟班那樣熱情（不用奢想 無微不至），山西的營商環境可能才會有一點提升！
補充一句，在乍暖還寒的春季，酒店夜景還勉強拿得出手，但是湖邊惡臭撲鼻，不曉得管理人員是否聞得到？

酒店就在路燈有紅燈籠裝飾的那條大路邊上，交通很方便。酒店環境像一個別墅區，建設的非常漂亮，房間都很漂亮，也很安靜。早餐簡單些，但也足夠了。房間內設施檔次不錯，服務員服務周到提前把房間電暖氣打開，挺温馨。唯一遺憾是當晚熱水沒有，和服務員講了也沒解決，玩了一天沒洗成澡，令人略感不佳！

環境絕美!這是一家別墅景觀酒店，裏面不僅有住户，還有當地人帶着孩子來遊玩，有的還在酒店內的水上音樂餐廳訂餐!房間也是超級大，我們訂的商務標間有兩張1.8米大床，太驚喜了!不過，酒店無電梯、無空調，距離縣城有幾公里，吃飯購物不方便!
