The hotel is well located, clean and hygienic! The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old and the sofas don't look clean anymore! Breakfast is ok, with fruits, pastries, stir-fries, small noodles!

今天出酒店停車場，由於自動識別機器出現故障，我嘗試三次不同方向靠近識別攝像頭均無法識別車牌，找工作人員溝通，無法配合手動抬桿也不請示酒店領導解決此事，後經過酒店方報警後才允許我們出停車場，截止目前都未收到酒店方任何人就此事溝通的電話，服務態度至差，實在難以想象。

來好幾次了，門口就可以免費停車，車位也挺多，服務人員態度都非常好，又主動又熱情，還有幫忙解決小問題。房間乾淨整潔，還有送水果，感覺挺温馨的，現在都是智能語音控制系統，體驗不錯。早餐豐富多樣，量足味道也不錯，下次再來。

應該算酉陽最好的酒店，但整體服務水平還有待提高，首先是按金退還不及時，退房一個小時了打電話前台才退，第二房間沒得浴帽，喊了服務員才給，第三早餐 9 點半就沒了，連麪包都不補給。
