朋友之前住過，整體的性價比不錯。朋友這次入住的體驗感也很好，據説離縣城中心很近。各方面都挺方便，朋友喜歡。

A區最多150不能再多了，我們定的448。衞生間漏水摔了一跤好在沒磕到腦袋，要求換房間，服務員説沒有，後面在家人的強烈要求下找到客房部經理，給我們換到B區，保安也很拽，停車不方便。裝修陳舊，一個酒店刷新了對酉陽的認知。商家吃相不要太難看。

這在酉陽縣城算是比較大的一家酒店，離景區大門比較近，有一定的年代感，設施施備比較老舊，房間衞生一般，地毯不算乾淨，有一股黴味，可能是我們訂的房型是封閉窗户，床也比較小，停車庫小我們是晚上七點到達酒店，沒有車位最後在酒店門口找到一個位置，好在早餐比較豐富，總之這家酒店的設施及服務需要提升。

酒店位置就在景區門口約3～5百米的距離，進景區非常方便。地方不大，繁華區在沿河兩岸，找吃飯的地方，走着去就行了，沒有出租車可打，出租車基本都是拉來玩的或走的。酒店的衞生和服務不錯，好評。

離桃花源風景區很近，出門走了不到五分鐘就到了，服務員態度很好，是一家掛了三星的老牌子酒店，應該是重新裝修過了，設施還可以！

該酒店地理位置優越，設施齊全，服務態度熱情周到。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，空調效果佳。早餐品種豐富，味道不錯。總體而言，性價比高，推薦入住。

z攜程定了去酒店昨天中午辦理入住的時候現場掃碼交按金，退房的時候問按金怎麼退，説原路返回，我就走了，結果到了今天晚上還是沒有退，打電話過去問，説正常情況下半個小時就會退，我就問那我這個是怎麼回事，退費流程是什麼，説馬上給我看，就把電話掛了，現在沒有任何回覆，那到底退按金流程是什麼，什麼時候能退給我都不知道。打了兩個電話完全無效溝通。
