1.wifi 不能用
2.門沒有鎖，出門去誰都能進去
3.有空調不讓用，説房間不帶空調
4.停車位就是路邊的車位，我説我出去了回來還有位置嗎，她説那就不一定了。
雖然價格不貴，但是也沒有必要利益最大化
