Located in the charming working-class Neighborhood of Brownlee Woods, it’s located 8 minutes from Youngstown State University and is close to retail shopping. The house is updated with brand-new carpet upstairs, and refinished hardwood floors downstairs. We’ve worked hard to create a relaxing place for you to unwind. We hope you’ll come to stay!

Fantastic
The house was everything they advertised. Very clean and well kept. All amenities were as advertised. The extra snacks and drinks provided were a nice touch. Beds were comfortable.
Only complaint-tv remote did not work due to dead batteries with no replacements. But we made due with no issues!
Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Annual Family Vacation
This house was absolutely amazing! We loved everything about it. It was so clean, and I absolutely love the fact that in each room there is something telling you where you can find things. I would 100 percent recommend you use this property for your Ohio vacations!

We enjoyed our stay!! The house was perfect for our family. We were only a few minutes away from our family. Our hiats were very responsive to any questions i had and check in was perfect. They had all the amenities we needed and many extras if we forgot anything! We will definitely be back
