性價比還是蠻不錯的，床睡着非常舒服，枕頭配的高低枕頭，低枕頭的還是零壓枕頭，這個真的很得我心，在家用慣了低枕。沒有想到2百多的酒店會有這樣的配置，不錯不錯。

實打實的個人中肯評價 裝修的還不錯 整個酒店看起來蠻好 地理位置挺好 就在火車站旁邊 有一點點難打車 房間環境怎麼樣如圖所示 不知道是房間沒人住就一直不清潔還是怎麼 我住的這個房 被子破了個洞 一上床腿和手就開始起紅色的小包 又癢又痛 洗漱台沒有燈 馬桶旁邊的紙一扯掉下來一個蟲 沒有一次性拖鞋 牆上的蟲和涼拖 各位如圖所見吧 不管有沒有人住 每一間房都要搞好衞生是基本的吧？值得一提的是服務問題 我一進點就跟前台説 請不要給我安排走廊盡頭的房間可以嗎 前台沒有回答我 不回答我還以為是默認可以呢 給我開了房上去一看 好傢伙 就是尾房 我又衹好下樓問她能不能換 她説不可以衹這種房型剩最後一間了要換的話就加錢 我不管你説的是不是真的有沒有騙我 我可以接受你一開始就提出來這個條件 但是你不能在客人明確提出要求之後不管不顧按自己意見開了房讓客人為你的不解釋跑上跑下吧？！還説自己沒聽懂我説的話 説我們溝通有問題？字正腔圓的普通話聽不明白？真的就是令人很無語=_= 還有身為前台 網絡差就耐心安靜等着 安安心心做自己的本職工作就得了唄 為什麼要拿着客人身份證盯着看 問客人民族，從身份證地址過來遠不遠 試圖和客人聊天？侵犯顧客私隱了知道不？我還得笑嘻嘻回答你唄？無語至極。最後一點建議 最好不要在1.30打電話催退房 要麼就早點12.問要麼就晚點1.50再問 客人知道2.退房時間 自己也不是** 還做不好時間安排麼 本來想睡半個小時 50剛好出門退房 剛要睡着 一個電話打過來一激靈 好嘛 白睡[擦汗]
