With the exception of the check in process that was swift and check in agent was proactive , other services were a disappointment , room towels were not replaced properly and when I requested for an ice bucket for a nose bleed, I had to go to the lobby myself as the receptionist told me over the phone that I have to head to the lobby myself as the counter would be unmanned despite knowing of my nosebleed. Quite a disappointment for a brand such as Hilton

Everything is satisfied except the price. good location, easy to access shambles, the breakfast is good.

Lucky to have stayed in a quiet and clean double room on the top floor. Everything works fine and as described on the web. Staffs are nice and efficient. Breakfast time a bit packed but you can always find a seat within a few minutes. York is such a small city that you can go anywhere on foot leisurely.

Excellent location. Larger room than expected. Average breakfast. Pleasant stay.

The hotel has a great location, it is behind a city wall just next to the railway station, takes actually less than 5 minutes' walk. And don't believe the Google map because it will lead you to a longest walk. Instead ask the staff for a shorter path. And only 10 minutes walk to the York minister. The staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast is delicious. We spent a lovely day at York.

Modern and clean with a great location but sofabed not that comfortable. Breakfast was average.

The breakfast have not much selection, and no fresh fruit.

The service is good but it was delayed when I ask them to set up the sofa bed! The luggages keep service is better and hope you can enrich the categories of the breakfast! The underground room has a bad ventilation

Service and facilities was ok didn’t experience any much of them. Location was not bad.

I forgot my passport in the safe , hotel staff is very helpful , found it and post it to me, thanks and big hug
