The service and the location were excellent!!

The location is convenient, situated between the town and the train station. The staff are friendly too. I really enjoyed my time there.

Not far from York station.

Nice staff. We asked for early check-in so the staff tried to find the rooms for us. Fortunately, there was the available rooms so we could have early check-in to keep our luggage before going out.

The hotel location is nice that around 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. The whole check in process was so efficient and I like the little bar and the pool table so we can relax in the evening! The room is big enough, clean and tidy.

Really love the room and the outlook of it!! Although have to comment that the layout of the room was quite inconvenient 🤣, needing to walk the whole room just to get to the other end.

An excellent no-frills hotel with friendly staff. Good bed, great shower, and good breakfast. Great value for money.

The hotel is close enough to the city centre without being right in the middle of it. The rooms are clean and pleasant and the staff are very friendly. Would certainly stay with Ibis next time we visit York

The room is larger than my expectations.

Good location, less than 20 mins walk to the city centre, but we happened to stay during the hottest days of the year and there are no air con and the fans are very dirty and full of dust, so we cant use it, the floor is dirty and bugs come out, but the bed and toilets seems clean. The room is like an oven, extremely hot, even hotter than the outside. Other than the above, the staff is nice and friendly.

The location is easy to find just 10 minutes walk from the train station. Yet the facilities maybe too old the bathroom door is not easy to be closed. There are also some black stain in the corner and on the wall too.
