Wingate by Wyndham Williamsburg

We stayed 1 night and enjoyed the hotel. It was very clean and the staff was very professional. We would definitely come back again.

I liked everything our room was really nice and clean. The pool was nice and big, also very big. Staff washington very friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

The area established for the complementary breakfast is not large enough for the guests. The posted sign stating breakfast food is not allowed in the guest rooms is not accommodating when you have the majority of guests at the hotel attending a graduation. My family had to go elsewhere to pay and sit to have breakfast on our 1st day on the 2nd day we checkout at 7:15 am with people waiting in the eating area I guess the food came out after we left the hotel.

The room was not properly cleaned. There was obvious trash from other people on the floor, and the bathroom tub still had soap/conditioner on the floor that made the shower very slippery. The room smelled like someone had smoked in it. The refrigerator was broken and half the lights didn’t work. Considering the $200 a night cost of the room, I expected more.

Overall this was a nice place to stay. There were a few issues that were noteworthy. The tile floors felt gritty on bare feet, our pillows and sheets had some stains.
