Nice and clean. Questionable decision making Checked us in to wrong room. Then called our room at 120am and had me come downstairs to cancel my payment and recharge my card. It could have waited until the morning.

Place was clean. Atmosphere not warm and inviting. Too hip and modern. Decafe Coffee in thermos not hot.

Property and decor were beautiful. The front desk employee that came in for the night shift on May 3rd was rude, loud, and never at the desk. Many guests waited ten plus minutes for towels, information, to pay for snacks, and other guest needs. She was yelling and arguing with someone on her personal cell phone for over twenty minutes, the phone at the desk did not get answered in the two hours I was in the lobby playing pool, conversing and hanging out. A male came in asking about rooms after of course waiting 15 minutes for her to return to the front desk just to be barked at "no!" Looking online, yes there were in fact rooms. The first face you see should be welcoming and inviting, she was far from it.

Bad communication. We couldn’t stay at the hotel or room we booked. We canceled our visit there and got our money back. It messed up our trip with the location we chose. We were scrambling because of the lack of communication from the hotel.

This is the second time that I have to deal with a girl named Jay at the front desk. Her attitude is very hostile. To keep it simple she is not in the right place. As an hotel concierge you should be hospitable, welcoming and it is all about customer service. I give her a zero. Because of her, although I like the hotel, I will not stay at that location ever again. Someone needs to talk to her and explain her job to her once again.

Excellent place to stay Excellent vibe there. It’s my second time and I love it. Everyone is amazing there!!
