We were told when we booked cars were allowed and the manager told us they weren't even though they charged me 53 dollars 3 times for one car without my permission

Toilet ran all night and the toilet was. Wry loose. The rooms need some updating but all in all it was decent.

The hotel was okay. We had an issue with the toilet upon arrival. The staff sent someone immediately to fix it. Overall, the hotel needs updating.

Desk clerks not very personable. Condition of the bathroom ceiling & door were bad. Carpeting dirty. Hallways smelled of smoke (cigs & pot).

I enjoyed my stay. I loved my room with pool view. I love how accessible things are around the hotel like places to eat and The Carowinds.
I didn't like that my shades could not close. The street light poles kept me up a bit at night and the sunlight peeked through in the day.

Pool noise past 11:00pm, people smoking on patio - you could smell the smoke in the room - beer cans thrown on ground by pool area. Felt a little unsafe at night as a single female.
