We hosted an unforgettable family celebration for our wedding at Le Roncemay, a long weekend that we will cherish forever. The location of this hotel is perfect for any wine lover with gorgeous wineries to explore in this Chablis region. In April we drove through endless golden fields of rapeseed to reach the domaine and it was very easy for everyone to access from Paris, either by car or by train. The grounds of Le Roncemay offer a beautiful, serene escape and you can feel the love that is poured into this special place. We felt relaxed, taken care of and so far away from our everyday stresses. The staff went above and beyond to make our family stay easy, delicious and comfortable! They were very friendly and warm. You MUST book a treatment at their very special spa, you will not regret it and it will raise the bar for all future spa experiences! A very special shout out to the INCREDIBLE chefs who created works of art for our palettes to enjoy. Le Roncemay is a treasure, we will be returning!

Nous aimons bien nous rendre plusieurs fois dans l’année au Roncemay pour leurs différentes formules Bistrot Spa+bistrot ou encore brunch le dimanche en famille. Mais hier soir avec mon épouse, le service a été pitoyable … cocktail maison avec soi-disant purée de fraises 🍓 mais inexistante, erreur sur l’entrée, tomates anciennes sans Chaource, et enfin mon verre de blanc qui n’est jamais venu durant le repas et petit détail qui ne devrait pas arriver couteaux à viande pour notre poisson … Une pseudo cheffe de salle qui apparemment ne gère absolument pas ses serveurs/euses. Et malheureusement aucun geste commercial fait au moment de l’addition suite à ce service pitoyable.. Le Roncemay a pris un sacré plomb dans l’aile avec un service pareil et est indigne de la part de cet établissement. Je pense attendre un sacré moment avant de revenir dans cet établissement à l’image très entachée…

Tout le personne avec qui nous avons échanger était très agréable et serviable que ce soit au spa , à la Reception , au brunch, au gastro. La cadre est magnifique et très paisible. Idéal pour se ressourcer. On a eu la chance d’avoir personne pendant notre moment au spa et le duo pour le massage était adorable. Moment parfait dès l’apéritif sur la terrasse

On a découvert ce restaurant gastronomique à l'occasion d'un cadeau de retraite. Les propositions sont audacieuses, d'une très grande finesse avec un accord mets et vins réussi. Le sommelier qui nous a accompagnés tout au long du repas mérite une mention spéciale pour son écoute et le partage de ses connaissances. On reviendra.

Nous avons pris la formule Spa et brunch Sur le spa rien à dire très bon accueil, établissement impeccable c’était top Par contre pour le brunch très déçu, pas à la hauteur de la réputation de l’établissement pour un tarif de 35 € par personne avoir des tranches de jambon Sous vide de la viennoiserie industrielle, terrine de poulet sans aucune saveur et tout le reste n’avait rien d’extraordinaire

Très beau domaine. Le personnel charmant et professionnel à la réception, la dame du petit-déjeuner est très accueillante et sympathique. Nous avons très bien mangé au bistrot le soir, produits de qualité au petit-déjeuner. Belle piscine au spa. Bonne literie. L’escalier du château est un peu vieillot comparé au bâtiment principal, propreté de la moquette et des paliers à revoir. Oreillers un peu haut et dur. Mais dans l’ensemble c’était parfait.

Ceci était une découverte pour nous .. nous avons trouvé le cadre fabuleux .. la décoration est soignée et nous étions pour le bistronomique le midi en semaine .. au menu du jour en entrée poireaux : avec encore trop de sable pas forcément agréable en bouche .. avons espéré que le plat du jour une pintade rattrape cette fausse note … pintade sans saveur même son jus n’était pas top et la purée de panais en accompagnement était là juste pour la déco et bien trop salée .. le dessert gâteau de riz pas terrible et l’assiette de fromage servie nature ( pas de fruits secs , confitures , beurre ou salade ) des fromages non disposés dans le bon ordre de dégustation par ailleurs … dommage car cela ternit le tableau avec ce cadre magnifique . Nous ne renouvellerons pas l’expérience.
