We hosted an unforgettable family celebration for our wedding at Le Roncemay, a long weekend that we will cherish forever. The location of this hotel is perfect for any wine lover with gorgeous wineries to explore in this Chablis region. In April we drove through endless golden fields of rapeseed to reach the domaine and it was very easy for everyone to access from Paris, either by car or by train. The grounds of Le Roncemay offer a beautiful, serene escape and you can feel the love that is poured into this special place. We felt relaxed, taken care of and so far away from our everyday stresses. The staff went above and beyond to make our family stay easy, delicious and comfortable! They were very friendly and warm. You MUST book a treatment at their very special spa, you will not regret it and it will raise the bar for all future spa experiences! A very special shout out to the INCREDIBLE chefs who created works of art for our palettes to enjoy. Le Roncemay is a treasure, we will be returning!

Ceci était une découverte pour nous .. nous avons trouvé le cadre fabuleux .. la décoration est soignée et nous étions pour le bistronomique le midi en semaine .. au menu du jour en entrée poireaux : avec encore trop de sable pas forcément agréable en bouche .. avons espéré que le plat du jour une pintade rattrape cette fausse note … pintade sans saveur même son jus n’était pas top et la purée de panais en accompagnement était là juste pour la déco et bien trop salée .. le dessert gâteau de riz pas terrible et l’assiette de fromage servie nature ( pas de fruits secs , confitures , beurre ou salade ) des fromages non disposés dans le bon ordre de dégustation par ailleurs … dommage car cela ternit le tableau avec ce cadre magnifique . Nous ne renouvellerons pas l’expérience.

Expérience incroyable au Spa du Domaine du Roncemay. Personnel aux petits soins et installations au top, décoration soignée, ambiance propice à la détente, produits de soins de qualité en vente à la boutique, a essayer de toute urgence !!!

Nous y allons à peu près tous les 2 mois... toujours un tel plaisir de se faire chouchouter tant au SPA qu'au restaurant, bistrot ou brunch. Les chambres sont de très belles dimensions (nous emmenons toujours notre chien). Services, sourires, amabilité et professionnalisme garantis. Un vrai bonheur !

Nous sommes allés avec ma femme et ma fille et nous étions très content de ce bon moment partagé en famille nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir au plu Vite pour ce détendre un bon coup et fatigué les filles au maximum . Et nous avons vue le père Noël 🎅 👌🥰

Superbe domaine. Nous y retournerons volontiers au printemps pour pouvoir diner en terrasse. Très belle salle de restaurant avec vue sur le golf et diner gastronomique. Excellent accueil, tout le personnel est aux petits soins. Très belle découverte!

Nous nous sommes rendus au domaine du roncemay pour profiter d’un coffret cadeau « brunch et spa » Tout était parfait, le brunch délicieux offre beaucoup de choix et il est réapprovisionné régulièrement pendant le service. Le spa vraiment agréable, surtout le coin relaxation ! Le personnel est agréable, je recommande
