I’ve been staying here on and off for close to two years. alive had pretty good experiences until late. My last room was extremely dirty and unsanitary. I also saw a bed bug in the room. I complained later to support and was told that I would not be able to get a refund or help because I did not speak to them in person after expressing I was hearing impaired. They have since ignored every email I have sent.

Front desk staff was very rude and dismissive. Clear discriminate customer to me versus other customers checking in.

Someone used radiation guns in the hotel to try to kill me. It was probably coming from the roof. As I heard noises of someone getting up there some how. The towels were substandard. I got upset with the desk clerk and I was told I couldn't extend my stay. Even though I had no intention of putting myself through another night of hell. Travis should be fired now.
