條件真的很差，對不起150的價格，沒有沐浴露，還要自己買，毛巾也是臟的，不敢用，搞得洗完澡沒得毛巾擦，吹風機，熱水壺什麼都沒有，衹有一個牙刷

房間和圖片嚴重不符，房間很小，在地下一樓，光線不好，還有點潮濕，感覺還是用板房擴建起來的，被子和枕頭有一股很奇怪的味道，實在是接受不了。前一晚在另外一個地方的酒店同樣的價格訂的房間比這好太多了，房間挺乾淨的，空氣也好。

1異味:房間老舊，分發黴味，地 臟舊，分發異味，房間的煙味很重、下水道的異味溢出、房間通風不暢。2內部樂音:牆壁隔音差、門窗隔音差、連個樓上的聲音都聽的一清二楚3熱水:熱水限時供應，熱水水温太低、熱水水温不穩定、熱水有異味。4前台：前台服務差，不提供洗漱用品5洗漱：沒有毛巾，沒有牙刷，沒有紙巾，廁所衞生差，連最基本的垃圾桶袋子東西都沒有，而且熱水極不穩定。6牆體：牆體老化，脱皮很嚴重，有滲水現象，牆體都是濕的，極其潮濕8床：床太硬，被子太薄，被子潮濕一股黴味，晚上被冷醒了2到3次，睡着一點都不舒服。9房門和窗户 ：房東會私自進入房間，打開窗户和房門。房門是沒有鑰匙！！沒有鑰匙的！！！任何人都可以隨意進出，房東説沒有鑰匙給，還找藉口説不會有人進。門鎖🔒壞的！栓不上！！！安全系度不高，太不安全了

該公寓位於永州市零陵區湖南科技學院東門三巷，離零陵古城約有400多米，離朝陽巖公園約200米，門口約100米的楊梓塘路是小吃美食一條街。地理位置比較好的，無論家長看讀書的小孩，還是旅遊都是很方便的，夜晚吃美食也很方便。關鍵是房子結構形式方方正正很寬暢，床不小，床上用品很新，也很乾凈，晚上睡比較靜，沒有一點雜噪聲。

離科技學院挺近的，在小吃街後面，是別人自己家，但是能接受被子是這樣的再定吧，因為訂了之後衹有幾個小時內能退，其他時間是退了也要扣除全部費用的
