床單被罩浴巾乾淨，窗户麻煩找人處理下吧，我差點吐了。要不是開車700公里＋已累癱，真有心退房了，整體一般，建議老闆每個房間巡視下，搞不懂老闆每天都在幹什麼？是不是在忙着“休息一下”
另外吐槽下永州，路修的亂七八糟，電子眼“鱗次櫛比”，龜速車遍地，永州北高速ETC不能自動識別，人工ETC識別前進後退重複多次，高速入口指示牌雜亂。非必要，還是換個城市住吧。這個城市給我留下了許多不好印象。

這次來永州出差，選擇了莫林酒店冷水灘店，總體來説是一次非常滿意和舒心的入住體驗。酒店在細節和服務上做得相當不錯，超出了我對這個價位酒店的預期。
【亮點與優點】
1. 地理位置優越，交通便利：
· 酒店的位置很好找，就在冷水灘區的核心地段。對於商務出行來説，周邊辦事很方便。雖然我不太熟悉永州，但用手機導航到各個地方都很順暢。
· 聽説離火車站和汽車站也不算遠，對於外地遊客來説是個加分項。
2. 前台服務專業熱情：
· 一進大堂，前台工作人員就面帶微笑地打招呼，辦理入住的過程非常迅速、流暢。
· 我隨口問了一句附近有什麼好吃的，前台小哥非常耐心地推薦了幾家本地特色餐館，還詳細告訴了怎麼走，服務態度值得點贊。
3. 房間乾淨整潔，設計人性化：
· 進入房間的第一印象就是“乾淨明亮”。地板、桌面、衞生間都沒有看到污漬，床品潔白，散發著陽光曬過的味道，讓人很安心。
· 房間的設計很用心，尤其是燈光控制系統，有多種模式可選（閲讀、睡眠、明亮），非常貼心。床頭不僅有插座，還有USB接口，手機充電超級方便。
4. 設施齊全，注重細節：
· 酒店配備了免費的停車場，對於自駕的客人很友好。
· 房間裏的智能電視可以投屏，晚上休息時看自己追的劇很愜意。
· 小冰箱、電水壺等一應俱全。洗浴用品的氣味清新，品質感覺也比一般的快捷酒店要好。
【有待改進之處】
· 隔音效果略有不足： 晚上能隱約聽到走廊裏其他客人走過的聲音和關門聲。雖然不影響睡眠，但如果對聲音特別敏感的話，可能會覺得有點吵。建議酒店可以考慮在房門上加裝更厚的密封條。
· 早餐種類可以更豐富： 酒店的早餐是中式自助，品類基本夠吃，味道也不錯。但相對於酒店的檔次，如果能增加一些西式點心（如麪包、沙拉）和更多種類的水果，體驗會更好。
· 窗外景觀一般： 我住的房間窗外是對着另一棟樓的，視野不算開闊。不過對於大部分時間在外忙碌的住客來説，這也不算大問題。

設施：非常新，特別好。房間很大，住起來舒服，早餐挺好的，起碼環境好，就是牛奶和豆漿都是沖調的，菜品味道不錯，淡淡的。洗澡水很沖，空調也很好。
衞生：很乾凈
環境：停車方便，自駕遊有好
