Very satisfied with this stay experience. When entering the hotel office, the young lady at the front desk took the initiative and enthusiasm, entered the room, the room was spacious and bright, and the sanitation was very good. 雖然是掛着華天的品牌，事實無論從硬件，服務等均相差人意。1，房間地毯有很大一股味道，酸臭，中央空調沒開，打去服務中心，説要請示領導，最後的結果還是沒開。。。。，2.服務性，有，但是不多。前台，客服中心均敷衍了事，沒有認真服務的意識，房間是小瓶的水，打電話説送兩支水，回答:每個房間衹放兩瓶，多出的要收費。。。。，3距離零陵古城有一定距離，周圍吃東西不方便。這次的入住體驗感超級差，這家華天感覺還不如7天，三百多住這裏，性價比極低！對住房有要求的，不建議住這裏。

酒店位置優越，交通便利。停車與吃飯都相當方便。衞生與服務都不錯。硬件方面房間的隔音性不好，早上旁邊房間手機設定叫醒，設定者沒醒，我們卻生生聽了十餘分鐘的叫醒音樂！另外，作為高星酒店入住收按金已不多見，影響入住體驗。

房間大小符合我的要求，乾淨衞生，衞浴乾濕分離，熱水很好，周邊吃、行環境方便，服務周到，特別是前台小羅先生很熱情，幫忙詢問景點開放時間，耐心介紹公交出行，點贊👍。值得推薦的酒店。

酒店位置好，交通方便，有地下停車場，附近吃、喝、完、玩、樂齊全，房間靠近小區很安靜，前台很貼心的介紹周邊的景點，早餐品種很多，房間乾淨整潔，空間大，床鋪睡的很舒適，洗澡水量很大，熱水出水快，温度適中，很温馨，下次到永州會繼續選擇華天。

房間可以夠大，但窗户矮，床很舒服。早餐品種簡單了。不象五星，周邊飲食購物很方便。酒店對突發情況的處置不到位，本想早上7點離店，由於停電至使房間、電話、電梯斷電，反覆斷電三次，7.30分左右詢問前台回複電路應該穩定了，才敢乘電梯下樓。真是不爽的一次入住。
