可以的，還有很多進步空間，老牌酒店，服務可以進一步提升，比如大堂幫助開門，幫助拿行李，幫助升級房間等等。

以前都住太谷，這次朋友讓訂這個。極差體驗 1 ，入住前特意詢問頂層是否有設備噪音？結果還給安排頂樓，2 入住後發現震動低頻噪音，電話要求換房，前台竟然告知換房要收清潔費！所以要讓服務員檢查，剛剛入住換房間居然要收清潔費，住了無數次酒店，如此奇葩的酒店真是頭一回遇到。迫不得已衹能錄下換房視頻以免扯皮。真是無語至極。3 房間北向潮濕陰暗。4 酒店號稱有洗衣設備，但是極其骯臟，難以想象。這個漏拍照片了。 強烈建議避坑避雷！

房間一股老舊酒店的味道，馬桶抽水有問題，自己折騰一下就又蓄水了
服務態度很好，贈送了早餐，我們覺得被子和床單潮濕，立馬派人過來換了一遍，在服務上滿分，抵消了一部分房間的不滿情緒

服務差，房間大部分東西都要收費，像個超市，深怕用了個什麼要收錢，前台打印幾張紙還要收費，打之前不收，打完告知要一塊五一張，黑白打印，打完格式都變了，字體還不清楚，討價還價最終一塊錢一張，退房也不退按金，晚上打電話催才退。
