雖然是掛着華天的品牌，事實無論從硬件，服務等均相差人意。1，房間地毯有很大一股味道，酸臭，中央空調沒開，打去服務中心，説要請示領導，最後的結果還是沒開。。。。，2.服務性，有，但是不多。前台，客服中心均敷衍了事，沒有認真服務的意識，房間是小瓶的水，打電話説送兩支水，回答:每個房間衹放兩瓶，多出的要收費。。。。，3距離零陵古城有一定距離，周圍吃東西不方便。這次的入住體驗感超級差，這家華天感覺還不如7天，三百多住這裏，性價比極低！對住房有要求的，不建議住這裏。

酒店位置優越，交通便利。停車與吃飯都相當方便。衞生與服務都不錯。硬件方面房間的隔音性不好，早上旁邊房間手機設定叫醒，設定者沒醒，我們卻生生聽了十餘分鐘的叫醒音樂！另外，作為高星酒店入住收按金已不多見，影響入住體驗。

房間大小符合我的要求，乾淨衞生，衞浴乾濕分離，熱水很好，周邊吃、行環境方便，服務周到，特別是前台小羅先生很熱情，幫忙詢問景點開放時間，耐心介紹公交出行，點贊👍。值得推薦的酒店。

酒店位置好，交通方便，有地下停車場，附近吃、喝、完、玩、樂齊全，房間靠近小區很安靜，前台很貼心的介紹周邊的景點，早餐品種很多，房間乾淨整潔，空間大，床鋪睡的很舒適，洗澡水量很大，熱水出水快，温度適中，很温馨，下次到永州會繼續選擇華天。
