Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy, and all basic facilities are complete
Environment: The single room is especially suitable for girls traveling alone. They don’t need to live in a room that is too big for one person, or have a single bed available. The room is not too big or too small, which is very comfortable and safe.
Service: The ladies at the front desk were particularly warm and friendly. I ate delicious local rice noodles on their recommendation! We usually chat together when we have time, so that I won’t feel lonely even if I travel alone.

簡單説下我的客觀評價
1.房間總體來説是很滿意的，很舒服
2.廁所有點問題：有時候廁所會時不時發出聲音；第二天早上起來一看，馬桶裏有很多小小的黃黃的東西，也蹦到馬桶附近的地上，不是很多。因為我一早着急出門考試，我就自己沖下去了，拿毛巾擦掉了。
3.打水的位置不明確：房間裏有兩瓶水，但是我平時比較能喝，我就都喝完了。我看着那塊牌子上説外面有提供免費的過濾直飲水，我就拿着水壺找打水的地方。到咖啡廳那個位置，問工作人員在哪打水。她説房間裏不是有兩瓶嗎？我説喝完了，我現在想接點水燒水喝。工作人員又説不是有燒水壺嗎？（可能我當時的理解有誤哈，我以為她是讓我接衞生間的水燒水壺）然後，我就説那我也不能接廁所的水燒水喝吧。然後工作人員就立馬解釋巴拉巴拉的，給我打了水。雖説不是什麼大事，但是讓我心裏有點不爽。
4.外賣這點很好，工作人員會攔下外賣小哥，自己派工作人員來送，安全感滿滿。

小姐姐服務貼心温暖，讓人很安心。本來住在零陵古鎮，連着兩家服務都出現問題，讓人非常不安心的，都準備連夜離開了。抱着試試看心理，沒有下單，直接來到酒店看情況，沒想到非常好，直接入住，環境舒適，服務到位，值得來👍🏻

這個酒店真的一言難盡，到了十一點巨大的腳步聲服務員説是樓上的小孩吵鬧，根本管不了，
衞生間的水洗澡就算是很注意也會被帶下來，整個房子都是潮濕的，裝修也好簡陋的，枱子上面膩子都沒有抹，
整個房間用來放東西的枱麪就第二張圖片，根本放不了什麼
服務員他們服務態度可以，房間外面的裝修都還挺好的，唯一的特色就是漂亮的餐吧，但是不允許自帶食物
這個酒要不是真的比較差勁我根本也不會打這麼多字，氣死了
