Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy, and all basic facilities are complete
Environment: The single room is especially suitable for girls traveling alone. They don’t need to live in a room that is too big for one person, or have a single bed available. The room is not too big or too small, which is very comfortable and safe.
Service: The ladies at the front desk were particularly warm and friendly. I ate delicious local rice noodles on their recommendation! We usually chat together when we have time, so that I won’t feel lonely even if I travel alone.

這個酒店真的一言難盡，到了十一點巨大的腳步聲服務員説是樓上的小孩吵鬧，根本管不了，
衞生間的水洗澡就算是很注意也會被帶下來，整個房子都是潮濕的，裝修也好簡陋的，枱子上面膩子都沒有抹，
整個房間用來放東西的枱麪就第二張圖片，根本放不了什麼
服務員他們服務態度可以，房間外面的裝修都還挺好的，唯一的特色就是漂亮的餐吧，但是不允許自帶食物
這個酒要不是真的比較差勁我根本也不會打這麼多字，氣死了

作為全湖南省的文創旅館來講，應該沒有比這家做得更好的了。無論是從硬件設施，亦或是人文情懷，伯特利都一如既往。
環境：位於零陵老縣城背靠永州教會，不過來之前就已經猜到了，伯特利Bethel希伯來語“神殿”，伯利恆Bethlehem麪包之家。
衞生：雖然位於老縣城老單元樓，而且周圍環境看似比較潮濕，但事實上非常不錯，我們雨季到來依舊非常乾燥舒適！
服務：前台有求必應，同時還經營了一家Cafeteria形式的餐吧，偶爾有顧客會來挑選文創作品喝喝咖啡，氣氛很融洽！
