設施老舊，維護欠佳，沖涼房隔斷玻璃門有一扇關不了，蓮蓬頭側漏嚴重，但熱水尚可。門栓未見，燈光較暗。地下車庫電梯封閉停用，必須走出地庫繞行進大堂才可上電梯。車庫門閘即使已綁定車牌亦不抬桿，非常不便。早餐還行，米粉不錯。
