賓館就在萬達廣場紅綠燈路口這裏，離萬達是真的近，離中心醫院也好近。因為靠近永州大道，人來車往也是蠻影響睡眠，而且隔音效果確實差，別人走道説話就像在房間裏説話一樣！最大的優點是蹲坑，每次住酒店特別討厭馬桶，還可以在陽台曬衣服！不考慮噪音，這還是最佳入住之地，畢竟物美價廉！
