與朋友一行六人第一次來到美麗廬山西海遊玩，在攜程上首選了凱萊斯酒店廬山西海店。當我們剛剛把車停在酒店門口，美女服務員就出來迎接，熱情接洽，及時辦理入住手續，免費升級房間。雖説這是家民宿酒店，規模不大，但其儒雅唯美，禪意飄渺，茶藝文化之風格，以及設定齊全，衞生潔凈，環境優美，尤其是倆位美女服務員的熱情善良周到服務，給大家留下美好深刻印象。

初秋來到西海景區附近，感覺特別特別的舒服。想看山可以在酒店附近進西海大峽谷，想看之前留下的船走幾步就能看到了。我和前台提出想看更好的湖景的訴求，很幸運因為現在淡季前台還免費幫我升級了房間，真的特別的貼心。不趕時間的話，老闆叫我們一起喝茶、聊天。希望下次有緣再見啦！

之前看評論有差評，還以為不好住，之後發現並不是這樣的，這兒可以看到廬山西海，附近還有大峽谷景區，風景挺不錯的，前台的服務也很好，有什麼需求都幫忙解決，給前台的小姐姐點贊

真的滿意，一進房門就看到了滿窗的漂亮湖景，坐在落地窗蒲團上品茶觀景，真的很小美好。樓下大廳也是禪意滿滿，還有間日式禪室很是靜雅。老闆娘可能是信佛，感覺很平和慈愛還很漂亮秀雅，相信每個酒店過客都會與老闆娘結下美好的善緣。酒店早餐12元，味道不錯搭配營養。總之此次住宿我們訂了3間房，朋友們都很滿意開心，在房間和大廳也照了許多美照。

初來廬山西海，就看中了凱萊斯酒店，剛進入大廳前台的小哥哥就給我們熱情的辦理入住，酒店整體大氣整潔，有老闆娘自己的風格主題，房間無異味，背靠着山，空氣舒適，主要停車還免費，酒店有12元一份的早餐可以選擇還是不錯的，最主要的是24小時有人提供服務值得點贊

酒店在省道邊上，離廬山西海景區的司馬碼頭近（走路20來分鐘，開車5分鐘不到），一樓有小書吧可閲讀可喝茶，電梯直達房間，未入住的房間都是通開的，房間無異味，房內佈局陳設有禪味，可榻榻米上品茶可臨窗見廬山西海水景，酒店頗具文藝範。

很認真的寫的，①大廳環境這個價格勉強説得過去。②房間設施太老舊，尤其是衞生間，有點噁心，説真的如果不是已經預訂了有退房的打算。③空調效果很好，畢竟是獨立掛機。④建議出門自帶洗護沐和一次性用品，包括毛巾，毛巾都有些發黑了。⑤服務態度還可以。⑥房間衞生很一般，灰塵還是有一些明顯，如果設施老舊，衞生一般，回頭客就會少，建議改善一下。⑥整體就這個價格打60分吧，剛剛及格，畢竟便宜

房間很温馨，早餐很好吃，老闆還送了水果，雞蛋，綠豆湯，酒店裡還有小電驢出租，我們租了車出去遛彎，很方便，老闆還帶我們去湖邊喝茶，景色特美，不虛此行😁

暑假了，帶孩子來玩，住的這家酒店太舒適了，老闆娘人特別好，在樓下抄抄詩詞，喝喝茶，房間面朝西海，視覺效果好，拍照也好看，空氣清新，衞生乾淨，到景區也很方便，性價比很高！
