Yongxiu Southeast Sea Hotel

It’s the first time to visit here and I’m very happy. I specially booked a lake view standard room. The scenery is great. When the sun is about to set, there is a large and comfortable balcony on the hotel. It’s very pleasant to sit on it and enjoy the lakeside scenery. The proprietress is also very enthusiastic, and patiently introduced us to the check-in location here. The South East Sea Hotel is very close to the Xihai Pier, and it is only a few hundred meters walk away. The scenic area is also very beautiful. It is awesome. I will visit again next time.

The location is close to the tourist attractions, the hotel facilities are average, but here it is clean and clean, and the service is attentive.

The location of the hotel is okay, the price is not expensive, it's close to the pier, and the parking lot is also very convenient. The parent-child suite is very large, two-bedroom, but the toilet is designed a bit close to the wall.

整體環境太臟了，窗簾上也不知道是什麼鬼隔音效果很差，奇差無比，在國道邊上又很潮濕又很吵沒辦法睡覺，晚上大貨車不斷經過，一夜無眠，沒休息好第二天爬山累死被子也特別厚，像下雪的時候蓋的被子，20多度用那麼厚的被子，開空調也很熱。從噪音到環境都很崩潰。大家是否要避坑，自己選擇吧。國慶期間380就這樣，太不開心了。

很滿意！門口的停車場很大，不用擔心車子沒有地方停放。酒店旁邊就是飯店，吃飯很方便，菜品味道也不錯。房間也很乾凈，很滿意。傍晚吃完飯還可以在旁邊溜達溜達，傍晚的晚霞真的很美。非常推薦這家酒店，下次準備跟朋友一起來。

五一高峯去的，到了以後説房間鎖壞了，等待一會兒説給我們換大床房，因為有幾人，定的雙床，所以沒有同意，等待近2小時還是未果，我們同意了換大床，還帶過去看了房間，結果老闆又不願意了，因為那個房比較好，價格貴一點，假期高峯不願意免費升級要我們加錢，然後説退款要我們自己另外找房，正值五一高峯，又在景區內，根本不好找，後來投訴了12315,老闆把門鎖撬了讓我們住的，衞生環境也不乾淨，發出來大家避避雷#服務老闆的認知是有問題就退款，你自己去找房，可我們在別的酒店是酒店自己有問題就給顧客免費升級房型，大家可以自己分析

這個賓館住起來真是糟心，啥湖景房，簡直坑人，床墊中間凹下去的，睡起來難受，床單被罩味道重，可能是漂白劑的味道，窗簾遮光效果真是一點沒有，5點多房間亮堂的，最最最重要的的是房間距離省道不足15米，車來車往一整晚噪音太大，吵醒了無數次，五一價格偏高可以理解，但是這種級別的賓館和路邊小旅店沒啥差別#衞生
