昨天差不多5點進酒店，前台在房間裏聊天，叫了有人嗎？才出來，然後辦理入職，拿了房卡打不開，叫前台上來弄，還是打不開，我們拿着行李，叫我們等了差不多5分鐘才用總卡打開，後來去吃飯，吃完飯問前台拿總卡，説店長在2樓，叫她開，還是沒打開，她樓下樓上走了趟，用鑰匙打開的，叫我倆又等了差不多5分鐘，晚上1 0點朝馬路的客人聲音很響，到1點半住進來一個客人，和我們一樣房門打不開，前台樓上樓下走，客人聲音又響，嚴重影響睡眠，等於一夜沒睡😂

我直接6.這個酒店開的有點懸.我就想知道現在的酒店都流行趕人這一套嗎？我人在房間睡覺呢.前台來一句這個房間好早之前就有人預訂了.而且這個房間我也住進來有好幾天了.主要還是我問她幾月份預訂的.她還來一句8月份預訂的.那我就是想知道如果當時這個房間被預訂了他為什麼還要開出來？難道就因為他要來了就要把我趕出去？我想知道這樣合理？低俗.花錢睡覺.每天早上還要受樓上裝修的折磨.早上吵到中午.我之前前面沒投訴就好的了.這樣的酒店鬼都不來住了！！！

不想再住第二次的酒店，設施比較老舊，窗簾臟的沒法看，窗户上也都是灰，進去還有個老頭盯着你，像看小偷一樣
