我個人覺得的，家裡的老年人不要參與到民宿酒店的經營過程中。他們可以幕後乾點力所能及的工作，不要讓他們接觸客人。有些長者感覺客人要點熱水都是佔了便宜。説話都能得罪人。

前台服務有一説一還行，酒店房間衞生真的差，肥皂沒有到前台拿，洗澡的防滑墊上門有很多類似青苔洗不掉的污漬，房間放了梳子兩把，看連鎖的才住，入住的一次性拖鞋已經很多年沒見過那麼薄的，酒店的客用洗澡拖鞋千萬別用，不然和我一樣真菌感染就虧大了，左腳不幸感染，右腳相安無事
