房間方面，我入住的是一間豪華客房。房間寬敞明亮，佈局合理，裝修風格現代簡約，非常符合我的審美。床鋪柔軟舒適，讓我一夜好眠。房間內還配備了齊全的設施，如電視、空調、冰箱、保險箱等，滿足了我的各種需求。

開始開了一間雙人間，電腦配置不對，卡的要死啥也玩不了，然後換了個三人間，配置是好了，但是還是卡，4060打 cs2都卡，不知道怎麼搞的，垃圾電腦

首先説一下退房的問題，一般都是下午兩點鐘退房，它這邊是十二點鐘退房，開房的時候前台沒有説明是多久退房，到了第二天早上十一點多鐘就使勁打電話給你叫你退房！第二點環境不錯，就是有點吵，房間不隔音，而且前面一條馬路，後面也是馬路，到了白天就會很吵，兩邊都汽車聲音，第三點就是洗漱用品，毛巾這些沒有獨立包裝，還有一些牆角有點發黴！希望您們能及時處理！畢竟您們家在我的印象裏面是永興第一家電競酒店！祝願您們生意興隆財源廣進！
