酒店的品質不錯，前台也很好，辦理入住和服務態度都很好，挺貼心的服務。房間的衞生也乾淨，我老婆最在意的就是衞生這塊，看到實際情況後，她也是放心的入住了。

服務：剛開始我問前台，前台説不能延時下午四點退房，可是攜程上明明有延時退房的權益為什麼不能履行承諾呢？如果沒有那為什麼要在攜程上放出來呢？要不是我問了下攜程客服，他們才答應延時4點後估計要收我延時房費了呢，當時就真的很氣憤，明明享有但不給
