過年的時候預訂的酒店，之前看到介紹説雙卧別墅有120平，等我到了，真的傻了，撇除露台，最多70平，而且雙卧和客廳不通的，小卧估計衹有15平不到，而且大冷天必須從露台穿到到客廳，房間內沒有洗澡的，洗手枱沒有熱水。
全屋的熱水，電加熱，非常慢，一個人都不一定夠洗，雙卧4人要洗澡的話要等死了。
另外，雙卧的景觀非常差，什麼也看不到，衹能看你前面的屋頂，非常不建議預訂。整個別墅區，遠看就像是一個個墳頭，過年1600訂這個房子，真的太差了，而且過年的時候，早餐衹有一包牛奶一個蛋糕，放在塑料袋裡，裝在門上

房間設施老舊，衞生很差，碗筷都是油，洗了很久很久，鍋也是歪七扭八，衞生很差很差，陽台破破爛爛，遮陽傘也是破的，早餐就是粥蛋，定的三房户型，五六個人入住，兩個人下去吃早餐，給房間人帶兩個雞蛋都不行，極其噁心，大家多看幾家，多對比吧，很糟糕的體驗

每天早上，在接待中心享用早餐，讓我開始美好的一天。早餐的種類豐富，口感美味，服務態度熱情周到。
在庭院裏燒烤也是一種別樣的體驗。小屋提供租用燒烤架等設備，價格親民，我衹需要準備些食材即可。這裏的燒烤食材非常豐富，超市可以買到各種肉類、蔬菜等，讓我盡情享受美味的燒烤。此外，小屋附近的餐廳也不少，為我在度假期間提供了豐富的餐飲選擇。

在這個酒店度過的第二年春節，總體不錯。強烈推薦自駕過來，自帶燒烤做飯工具，到福州市區華威西營裏農產品市場去採買海鮮和食材。夏日裏，夜幕下喝着啤酒、吃着燒烤、泡着温泉，這個感覺還不錯。

那一排排的就是了。總體來説環境不錯，靠山，面水。食堂離住宿有個距離，可以叫外賣，外賣不錯。退房非常準時，管家説超時要扣錢的。早上十點就提醒你準時退房。也不知道那麼準時退給誰住。

住房量大，供水不足，停水兩次，衹能被動等來水，外賣還進不去，房間有蟑螂，帶小孩不方便，沒有東西玩。

可能是春節期間，服務有待加強，微信上溝通遲緩，別墅區裏面環境佳，但一出去就遍地垃圾，破壞心情，不講究服務的話帶狗很合適，有大露台，綠化率高
