1)酒店膳食非常差。
2)房間位置不理想，房間地板非常潮濕容易滑倒。
3） 浸溫泉水壓唔穩定，不能同時間使用兩個溫泉水池。
4）房間電視設備不足，收看本地電視節目都要收費，非常不合理。
5） 食早餐餐廳非常簡陋和不好食。
6）實在太多問題不能盡錄，希望可以盡快改善。
