This is a fantastic hotel where everyone provides superb service. During our stay, the hotel offered free shuttle rides to any destination, which was incredibly convenient. The hot spring environment was lovely, and the staff—especially **Li Yujiao**and **Qiu Biguang**—were exceptionally attentive and kind.
Our kids loved the infinity pool, and the surrounding views were breathtaking. The dining experience was also great, with **Zhang Qianfang** from the restaurant offering excellent service.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, from the top-notch service to the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

Space Pod Capsule (white UFO shaped) rooms are not available. I was clickbaited with the picture shown on Trip.com app.
The check-in counter said that the capsule room we booked isn’t ready yet, so they gave us an upgraded room, which is turned out as a normal square (apartment vibe) boring room. (Check my pictures) Boo-yah!
When i explore the area, i found the space pod capsules in a restricted area & don't think they're operating them anymore (just as the glass slides).
Stand-outs:
+ the Receptionist & concierge are very friendly & english spoken!
+ the Hotsprings are tremendous, 50 ponds in total of outdoor & indoor ponds. (consider to start visiting by the time it’s opened which is from 2:30 PM until sunset around 6PM). Then continue to dine at the restaurant afterwards. We took ab 4,5hours to finish all the 50 ponds lol. This is like a (man-made not natural) Hotspring Wonderland!
+ kids-friendly which is smoke free & we required to wear swimsuit (unlike japanese onsen which req us to be totally naked).

The hotel has a beautiful environment, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and all questions are answered. The room is clean and comfortable. It would be perfect if the room could be equipped with a sleeping pillow. The restaurant food is delicious and large in quantity, very friendly, and there are many types of hot spring pools in the hot spring area, with a comfortable temperature. The experience is great.

The hotel was built on a hilltop with original volcanic rock features. A hot spring at the entrance of the lobby symbolizes booming business and it seems that the designer has studied Feng Shui.
