This is a fantastic hotel where everyone provides superb service. During our stay, the hotel offered free shuttle rides to any destination, which was incredibly convenient. The hot spring environment was lovely, and the staff—especially **Li Yujiao**and **Qiu Biguang**—were exceptionally attentive and kind.
Our kids loved the infinity pool, and the surrounding views were breathtaking. The dining experience was also great, with **Zhang Qianfang** from the restaurant offering excellent service.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, from the top-notch service to the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

Space Pod Capsule (white UFO shaped) rooms are not available. I was clickbaited with the picture shown on Trip.com app.
The check-in counter said that the capsule room we booked isn’t ready yet, so they gave us an upgraded room, which is turned out as a normal square (apartment vibe) boring room. (Check my pictures) Boo-yah!
When i explore the area, i found the space pod capsules in a restricted area & don't think they're operating them anymore (just as the glass slides).
Stand-outs:
+ the Receptionist & concierge are very friendly & english spoken!
+ the Hotsprings are tremendous, 50 ponds in total of outdoor & indoor ponds. (consider to start visiting by the time it’s opened which is from 2:30 PM until sunset around 6PM). Then continue to dine at the restaurant afterwards. We took ab 4,5hours to finish all the 50 ponds lol. This is like a (man-made not natural) Hotspring Wonderland!
+ kids-friendly which is smoke free & we required to wear swimsuit (unlike japanese onsen which req us to be totally naked).

The hotel was built on a hilltop with original volcanic rock features. A hot spring at the entrance of the lobby symbolizes booming business and it seems that the designer has studied Feng Shui. There is a small balcony outside the room, from which you can enjoy the beautiful forest view. It is worth the trip.

I went there the day before May Day. Although it was a bit deserted, the service was very good. The staff in the hot spring were very enthusiastic. After soaking in the hot spring, there was free flower tea. It was just that the reception hall was so big that there were not many people. There was only one aunt and a little sister, one upstairs and one downstairs. It would be awkward to take care of them when there were many people. Maybe they only added staff during holidays. The breakfast was very fresh. I saw that the fried eggs were also freshly fried on the iron plate. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The hotel has a good environment and is located halfway up the mountain. It is like entering a fairyland.
