國慶假期從平潭玩了過來 看見這邊有海洋世界就想着也過來玩一下 看見了這個民宿 評價看着不錯 離海洋世界也近 而且價格也衹要279 以為撿到寶了 趕緊定了 過來住發現住的地方是在導航位置對面那邊的小區 老闆騎摩託車帶我們把車停到小區車庫 然後從車庫七拐八拐的坐上了電梯23層 一打房門確實失望了一下 但是想着沒辦法對付一晚吧 床不太乾淨 躺上去全身都發癢感覺有小蟲子在爬 到凌晨兩點多還沒睡着 第二天發現身上起了好多小紅點 早上早早就退房了 一打開房門發現過道上居然有個男人躺着睡覺 太嚇人了 到車庫差點迷路 出口指示帶到的出口居然都是門關着的 後面跟着別人的電瓶車出去的😭😭😭優點是免費停車 房內傢俱比較全有冰箱啥的 缺點…一分錢一分貨吧衹能説 嗚嗚嗚我再也不貪小便宜了

預訂的時候，問小區配套怎麼樣，買東西吃飯方便嗎，客服回答説非常的方便！於是入住，進門，大廳空調不製冷，開了一整晚都和蒸籠一樣。打電話給客服，説是不是我開錯模式和温度了，（我活了30年不會開空調嗎。）讓她上來看看，她説好好好，隔了1個小時沒來，又打電話催她，就説這麼晚了也沒有辦法，我説那拿台電扇過來吧。她隔了一個小時才那一台台扇過來。半夜爬起來打蟑螂，小拇指那麼大的帶*母蟑螂到處亂飛，小孩嚇得半死也不敢去洗澡，客服阿姨説是因為隔壁有人入住有做飯，不是你們不會定期消殺嗎？另外，4人套房就兩瓶水，是覺得空調壞了熱不**是吧！早上起來點個外賣，整個附近的外賣店加起來不超過30家，大中午的全是烤魚燒烤，這就是你們説的配套非常方便？！真是醉了，旅遊這麼多年，環境最差的民宿……帶三個娃氣的不行還得掏時間寫差評吐槽你。

我原本連住兩晚的目的就是出去玩，可以把長者家安置在屋裡看電視，結果一回來發現沒電，長者家説中午就斷電了，那個電匝時好時壞的，本來叫她們來弄的，後來上了五六次終於上去了，我老公説他們店裡忙就沒讓來，結果大半夜斷電，空調沒法用，想説大半夜的叫人來也不合適，勉強我們就過去了，早上給她們打電話，她們説昨天他們要來我們沒讓來，我們是體諒她們，還被她們説，誰住酒店連個手機都充不了電，開水都燒不了了，好心被當驢肝肺，沒法好評，有住店的自己衡量服務吧

在景區附近臨時找的一家民宿，前台在底商，民宿在對面小區裏，會有一位保安師傅帶着到樓下，服務還蠻貼心的，民宿房間挺大的就是一室一廳一衞的户型，對於臨時住一宿來説性價比還蠻高的，環境衞生一般吧廁所的排水不是很好洗完澡會有積水還挺滑的。
