酒店位於建發山外山度假區，周邊環境安靜，適合靜養。周邊買東西吃飯有些不便。但這家酒店的服務很差，服務衹能通過打電話給管家，但是管家幾乎沒有及時接聽過電話，開始車輛車牌錄入的時候就等了很久，第二天打掃衞生也叫了很久，最後也沒來。房間衞生情況一般，有一股黴潮味，煙灰缸裏還有殘餘煙灰。

住店體驗感極差！！！第一次這麼受這窩囊氣！wifi用不了 沒有一次性拖鞋 沐浴露洗髮水沒了 不及時補充…晚上還停水 打酒店電話沒人接沒人處理問題 真心不建議 不會來第二次了…！
