Excellent location and super friendly owners. They helped us to buy admission tickets and highlighted events and sights like the museum within Furongzhen. They arranged a transport for us to the Furongzhen train station for our onward journey. Highly recommended stay and will come back again

The B&B is right next to the entrance of the scenic spot. There are restaurants on the first and second floors, and accommodation on the third floor. The room is quite spacious and the bed is very soft. If you drive by yourself, the boss will take you to a free parking space. We will eat at this restaurant in the evening Yes, the taste is quite good and the price is moderate. Before booking this hotel, I read a lot of reviews and the reviews were generally very good. After I came here, I was not disappointed!

I would rate this place 11 out of 5 if I could. For starters the location is great with road access and just right beside the main entrance to the scenic area. The old traditional guesthouse style is so beautiful it make you feel you're living in a movie. Even with a nice fish pond and great views to Furong Valley.
But the best part is the adorable staff always arranging to your needs and helping with a smile, chatting while serving you their great tea. Cherry on top is the amazing breakfast so handmade and tasteful in this charming atmosphere.

I picked the best hotel to spend a night in Furong Town! It was perfectly located in the center of the Ancient Town, so it was easy to walk everywhere. The room was cozy and had everything I needed. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with a fabulous view of the river. The owners are incredibly friendly and communicated with me through WeChat to answer any questions I had about the city. They provided a schedule of events, map, etc. They also arranged a taxi for me to the train station and gave me a kind gift at checkout. I felt very safe and welcomed as a solo traveler. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay!

I like it very much. It's a one-minute walk from the parking lot. A handsome boy will come to pick you up and help you carry things. The room price is affordable, which exceeds expectations. The room is relatively large, and the supplies are all disposable. It's very comfortable to take a bath in the bathtub at night when you are tired. It just seems that the water pressure is not too stable, and there is less cold water for showering during the peak hours at night. It's a one- or two-minute walk from the water to the jumping rock, and you can go to the other side of the river. Soak in the bathtub at night to watch Godzilla vs. King Kong

Good location. Staffs are very nice especially a lady who wear eyeglass, she take very good care of us even she cannot speak English but she tried to translate and explain everything. We stay on 4th floor, a room is very clean and comfortable to stay. I can sleep very tight even no air conditioning but the weather is cold. I recommend to book for this hotel.

It's a pity that they were doing maintenance to the river in front of my room. Otherwise it will be absolutely perfect. This hotel is rustic with traditional ancient local decorations. It really gives you the mood and vibe being in an ancient town.
The service is amazing. Friendly and pleasant staffs which will give you tips on what to do around here. They also provide pick up from the train station which we really appreciate.
This hotel is located near the famous bridge. It is quieter this side. The square with performances is just 5 mins walk. The waterfall is about 10 mins walk from the hotel. No problem getting food nearby. There's a mini mart few steps away as well.
The room aircond is good, WiFi and shower could be better. Bed is comfy and it has a huge TV.
Overall I think this hotel is a good choice for it's location and affordable pricing.

The location is superb. The plus is that they arrange pick up:drop off at Furongzhen station. Communication is via WeChat, spoken English is minimal so translation apps are a must. Expect service comparable to an upscale hostel despite a hotel price point, room is fairly clean but it’s the view that you’re paying for; so it’s up to your personal judge regarding value for money. Bathrooms have modern appliances but shower area lacking light. Water pressure is to be expected from old town. Air con good, esp for hot days. Room had a mirror on the ceiling and c**dom for sale so likely the room had an additional purpose!! Price doesn’t include entrance to town, you must purchase if you want to walk around the waterfall and covered bridge areas. There is a noodle shop opposite which will likely be your breakfast spot.

I choose this hotel based on previous reviews and they couldn’t have been more precise! I think this hotel is #1 if you want to have THE BEST view of waterfall (book on Floor 3 or 4) The staff was amazing picked us up and dropped us off to and from the train station and helped us with our bags. Breakfast was just as explained hard boiled eggs and a local bread. I’m a coffee drinker but I guess it’s not a thing here in China so don’t expect your morning coffee with bacon eggs and toast. I’m a picky eater had I known I would have brought snacks to enjoy the view of the fall from my room (it was amazing) room SUPER CLEAN! All staff SUPER NICE and they try to communicate through WeChat or translate. I would defiantly stay here again!

I took a long time researching and almost booked 2 other Instagram popular Minsu only to cancel and take this one instead. I am glad I did because this Minsu has the best view in whole of Furong Town! Many people make the mistake of wanting to stay right and close by the waterfall but the beauty of Furong Town is the wide landscape view of its ancient grounds and gorgeous waterfalls. As such, a view from a certain distance will be the most ideal and the most perfect. We simply love this accommodation! This Minsu is located by the entrance of the Furong Ancient Town. As you start your exploration into the town, you will be taken along multiple paths that will eventually lead you to the waterfall, as you walk through the trail and enjoy the waterfalls. Continue down and hike up into the cliff side steps until you see signages that point towards an exit. You will see some structures that is half built- walk up and then walk straight out and a left turn and you find yourself right back at the Minsu! The location is simply brillant ! We stayed in the 2 bedder suite and had such a wonderful time in the room enjoying the comfortable beds and the great view, we found ourselves lounging indoors most of the time only venturing for a bit outside when the weather was cooler. We will definitely recommend anyone to come and stay in this Minsu. Be sure to also have your dinner there , the food is good and views even better! You will not regret!
The Minsu provides to and fro from the railway station , please add them in WeChat and arrange! They are very friendly !

The hotel's excellent location allowed us to easily reach main tourist attractions on foot. The room was pleasant and impeccably clean. The owners' hospitality shone through as they picked us up from the train station and dropped us back the next day, despite the language barrier. They generously provided a small dinner snack and fresh mandarins, adding a personal touch to our experience. Their helpfulness extended to every aspect, making it a memorable and welcoming stay. We highly recommend it.

SSarahStayed one night and highly recommend. Hotel came and picked us up from the railway station and dropped us back. Booked the panorama room which had good views. Hotel is not overlooking “the waterfall” but has a nice view of the water and town before the waterfall. Got beers from the fridge next door and sat on the balcony and watched the town at night. Location is within the town and need to pay to enter the scenic town but staff will help. Staff speak English and via Wechat and happy to help! Highly recommend this hotel and thank you for looking after us. We got breakfast at their restaurant, steamed buns and soup and was the best tasting breakfast so far! Thank you

GGuest UserWe are two people travelling from the UK. We had no problems booking on Trip and checking in to the hotel with our passports.
The hotel is beautiful with lots of character and charm, even more so when lit up at night by lanterns. There is dark wood and tasteful decorations. There are communal areas to sit.
We had booked a standard double but they very kindly upgraded us to the top floor room, which had amazing views of the old town and a balcony with table and chairs. The air conditioning was excellent, the beds comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful, it was very clean. The room had a TV, kettle, cups, shampoo & body wash, plugs by both sides of the bed, insect repellent plugs, towels. The hotel page mentions a fitness room but there isn’t one. There is a washing machine for use, as well as laundry detergent. The balcony had a rail we hung the clothes on to try.
Our room was on the top floor and there wasn’t a lift - not a problem for us but mentioning it for others.
For breakfast, we requested a time and they brought it to the room. We were given a few options to choose from. We had noodles, dumplings, mini banana bread and mini brioche bread. It came with small cartons of milk so we could have instant coffee we had brought ourselves.
Above all, the hospitality and friendliness of the hotel owners was wonderful. They were so helpful. We used translate apps and WeChat app to talk. They ordered a comfortable taxi to take us to the train station. They helped carry our bags upstairs. When we checked in, they offered us local snacks containing tofu, rice, peanuts. They can get discounted entrance tickets to the town for you as well - we did not use this and just bought our tickets at the entrance. They sent us useful information via WeChat.
The location of the hotel is excellent. It is just inside the entrance to the old town, and a few metres from the start of the scenic loop around the town. You can reuse the tickets to go in and out. Lots of restaurants nearby in the scenic area, and a large supermarket very close to the hotel, just outside the scenic area. A short Didi ride from the high speed train station as well.
Totally recommend this hotel if you are visiting Furong Ancient Town, especially the lovely people who run it. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The breakfast was very delicious, thanks to Song jiejie & team for their patience in explaining to us about the food when we asked. Appreciate the staff who helped to drive us back and forth from the railway station as well. Overall, all the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I accidentally left my jacket & they delivered it to me via express delivery. Much appreciated and thank you so much!

The owner is very communicative and really helpful in trying to make us comfortable staying there. This hotel has high-end amenities especially in the bathroom and toilet. There are two doctors downstairs, Chinese and Western medicine. The room we chose was a little smaller. After all, there were two people. The proprietress asked herself to choose the room on the day I went. It was really super super good! Although the room is small and complete, everything is complete, and the hygiene is really the cleanest family I have ever lived during this period of travel! Not dirty, not messy, not bad! Service: The boss and the proprietress are super good! And his little son hahaha is very fun, I really like the atmosphere of their family! The parking and driving boss will help to see it is really good! Food: The authentic snack proprietress arranged it for me! In the evening, their family made fried small potatoes and left me a copy. I really cried! The family is really delicious even if I go back to Sichuan, I miss the taste. Because I want to eat local food, I asked the proprietress to the restaurant next to the inn! Tianluo rice noodles are super delicious~ All empty dishes are empty. I really recommend this inn! Clean and hygienic! Really at home

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy. Fruits were given but you must tell the staff that the fruits were fresh and would rot if left in the room. The lady boss was very considerate. The lady boss and the staff were very enthusiastic. There was a special car to take us to the hotel and a car was arranged when we left. The scenery of Furong Town is very good, and the night view is even better. You can feel the fireworks and beautiful mountains and rivers. I will come to this hotel again when I have time!

FFar Off & OutThe hotel was in a great location. You can see the entire waterfall and city from your room.
There were only two main things that concerned us. The first was the smell. The hotel is located on top of a restaurant; therefore, you would often smell food in the room and in the halls. We did not quite enjoy the smell. The second is the cleanliness. Brooms and trash bags were left in the hallway as the cleaner cleaned the hotel. It felt quite unclean. The view on the side of the room/ hotel was also all trash. In the pictures, it looked like mountains or trees.
For foreigners, please check whether your room had sitting or squatting toilets. We had squatting toilets, but the photos did not show it.

The room is very small, but clean. The exit is far from the hotel, and carrying the large luggage up the stairs is not easy.
