The hotel is very good. We called before we arrive 30 minutes asking for a free service pickup at Furong railway station. He replied right away and gave instruction to us where to wait. They also upgraded the room for us with welcome fruits and simple breakfast. The room is very good with great view. When we leave, he also gave us a souvenir and arrange taxi for us back to railway station. Really appreciate the services and kindness to us.

The place is close to the village entrance, really convenient. There’s a convenience store and a coffee shop nearby too. The staff are all very nice and friendly and tried their best to speak english with us. They also offer a pick up service from the high speed rail station. When we arrived and the room wasn’t ready yet, they even made us tea while we waited. The room had such a nice vibe. Breakfast was really good, especially dumpling and tea egg.

Very nice hotel, the view is amazing and the owner very nice. The bed and the pillow were very comfortable.
The room was clean and the AC worked well.
The hotel is at one of the entrance of the scenic area so very easy to access.

We had an enjoyable 1 night stay at this hotel. We called and arranged a pick from the Furong train station and they greeted us with excitement. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just about 2 minutes walk to the bridge and another 5 minutes to the waterfall viewing point. The room was well decorated and the balcony provided great views of the bridge. Staff was friendly and provided good recommendations for dinner and photo taking places. Highly recommend!

The location is quite far from the old city but the hotel provides very prompt ferrying to and flow from the old city as well as the high speed rail station for free.
The front desk service is excellent. Provide us to welcome fruits and parting with some nice candy.
The balcony is well equipped with a very nice tea set with a supply of local tea, spend some time enjoying it.

A very satisfactory stay. We arrived in the afternoon and the air conditioner was turned on in advance. Introduced nearby things to do and eat. It's less than a kilometer walk to Furong Town Scenic Area. When we came out at night, the boss personally drove to pick us up. The service was great. There are three washing machines on the rooftop, self-service laundry, very convenient for traveling. Like and recommend!

AAnonymous UserThis store is great! The boss personally drives the Beijing off-road jeep to the pick-up station, which is safe and efficient! The store is in the scenic area, very close to Liu Xiaoqing's rice tofu shop, just down the slope. It is also very close to the performance venue at the gate of the scenic area, 5 minutes. It is not far from the waterfall. The balcony on the 3rd floor of the store faces east, and you can watch the sunrise on the balcony or in the room in the morning, which is a surprise! The hotel is decorated in Chinese style, with new facilities, smart toilets, Supor health pots, and Xiaomi TV speakers. The bedding is clean, the toiletries are complete, and the water cups have the logo of Yanyu Tianyuan, which pays great attention to details. The boss provides tickets to the scenic area and charters a car to nearby attractions. It is very thoughtful and the price is reasonable.

AAnthony PeterThe room was clean and immaculate. They added a personal touch by escorting us to the room and leaving a bowl of fruits and some little snacks. Only gripe (and it was minor), was that the big bottle of body wash was virtually empty. We could have asked for a top-up but didn’t. The view from the balcony, which we had to pay extra for, was simply gorgeous. We sat out there till late in the night. The staff were courteous. The auntie ( not sure how one should address an elderly person in China) was fabulous, always smiling, always courteous. She easily got an A* for service from us. Overall, we are happy to recommend this place.

Staff at the homestay are informative and helpful. Helped arranged pick up and drop off from train station at reasonable price.
Room is clean but a bit disappointing with the towels provided. Looks old, overly used and thin.
The room soundproof was not great. Our room was same level as the lobby and street and just next to the stairways that leads to other rooms from the lobby. Can hear other staffs and guests walking up and down early in the morning.
Read reviews of many old homestays in furong with view of waterfall that the room will smell of sewage but at Tusi Xuanfu it was good. No sewerage smell. Only complain is that can smell other people smoking outside from our room and the water pressure in the shower was very weak.
The free chinese tea set while enjoying the view of the waterfall was bonus. The breakfast was simple, just noodle soup, mantou and instant coffee. Noodle soup tastes nice especially for a tourist like me.
Would conclude that the price of the room I stayed is expensive compared to the quality of the room. The view from the courtyard is GREAT, just not from the room because the room only has view of the platform, and river but not the waterfall.

PprosciuttoWe visited during quiet season (Oct 7 just as golden week ended) and the hotel was practically empty. The owner called us and helped instruct the taxi how to get to the hotel. (It should be 20 yuan to get there via taxi from the train station). The entrance has not been finished building so you have to carefully navigate down some rubble. There also isn’t an elevator in the hotel. As the hotel was empty, the owner showed us 4 different rooms and was happy to let us have any of them at no extra charge. We chose one on the second floor so we wouldn’t have to climb the stairs with our luggage. The hotel is a 4 minute walk to one of the main entrances of Furong Ancient Town. With it not being directly in the town, it’s probably more quiet that other hotels in the area. The view is quite nice, on the left you can see Furong Ancient Town, on the right there is a lot of construction happening so not much to see. The construction was not loud during our stay. However there was a chicken next door that began making noise at 5am and didn’t stop for hours, it was excruciating. I won’t blame the hotel for this though! The bathroom amenities were great, the room was very spacious and comfortable and the owner was very kind.

It can be reached by car in a few minutes near the east gate entrance of the scenic area, 800 meters away from Wulingyuan Bus Station, 800 meters away from Charming Xiangxi Theater, and 10 minutes away on foot. It is very convenient for travel. There is a pedestrian street at the entrance of the hotel, and there are special restaurants around. There are also night markets, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, fruit stores, shopping malls, specialty stores, clothing stores, barber shops, etc. nearby, which are very convenient for shopping and dining. 2. Brand new facilities and equipment: The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with advanced bathrooms and sufficient hot water. The quilts are very warm and comfortable to sleep. 3. Clean and comfortable: Clean the room and change toiletries in time every day. 4. Intimate and thoughtful service: The proprietress is an English teacher. She kindly and patiently took me to visit the hotel room, made a free travel guide for me and bought discounted tickets for the scenic area, invited me to lunch and dinner, provided free fruit and free breakfast, cared about my travel on the way every day, and greeted, communicated and gave me directions in English from time to time. Thanks to the enthusiastic help and thoughtful service of the boss lady, my trip to Zhangjiajie was very happy and smooth. If you are a foreigner traveling to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park like me, I recommend staying at Xifu Bay Resort Hotel.

CCandy SZE❤️A special experience, a small tent, fully equipped, simple, practical and considerate decoration, and there are 2 types of pillows. The service of the little brother and the young lady was very good. They helped to carry the luggage to the room. Although there is a small distance to walk to the room, it is not a problem for young people. The hotel is in a scenic area, relatively quiet, and includes pick-up and drop-off from the high-speed rail station, which is also very convenient. For friends who like freshness and tranquility, this is a good choice.

TTomas SaraleguiThe hotel is very nice, on top of a restaurant. The rooms were very beautiful. We booked a “panorama room” thinking it might have a view because of the name. Since it didn’t, we asked for an upgrade to a room with waterfalls view. Fortunaly, there was availability, so the team helped us change rooms. The view from the balcony was really amazing. It’s worth adding that the hotel is inside the scenic area, where taxis can’t arrive. Ours left us in the closest gate (Liang Bridge), purchased the tickets, and we walked a short distance (300mts).

IibankerUnless your absolutely want the waterfall view in your room, not really worth 200$ cad. Hotel is at the end of a commercial street, so your luggage wheels need to be sturdy. Be ready to bring it down a couple of flights of stairs as well. The room is on the smaller side with a pretty typical hard mattress (even king size). The balcony door is just a slab of wood with not much insulation, so the humidity and loud noise come in quite easily. Breakfast is average with local food served on the second floor (reception is fourth) outside.
