Room was big and clean, a bit old but with complimentary water bottles. The staff was super helpful and nice, free shuttle transfer from/to train station and to/from scenic area. Fresh fruits as welcome gift and tea & local snacks as goodbye gift. Breakfast was very consistent, including noodles, dumplings, gyozas, etc.

We only stayed for one night but it was good. The hotel staff are super helpful and were willing to take us to the ancient town and train station. They upgraded our room for free!😊The pool is really nice and the hot tubs as well. It was a pleasant one night stay!

Best hotel we have stayed in china! The staff where so friendly and would drive us wherever we needed to for free! The rooftop area is awesome they have 5 hot tubs and a pool And we also got snacks for when we left! Amazing will stay again 10/10

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Furong Ancient Town. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. I truly appreciated the warm service and peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The location is a bit far from the Furong town but the hotel provides transfer service. Transfer service from high-speed train is also provided.

The best experience in west Hunan. The staff always friendly, smile service is normal at here. If you drive by yourself, staff can help you to park the vehicle. When you check in, you will get a welcome fruit and some Chinese local snack. There are shuttle bus go to Furong town, what’s kind of bus they have? it’s a MPV, come on it’s shock me so much. About the breakfast, there are many options to choose. You can collect the food like fried rice, fried rice noodles, eggs e.g., and also can order soup rice noodle at counter. The food isn’t spicy, that’ll so cool!
