The location is a bit far from the Furong town but the hotel provides transfer service. Transfer service from high-speed train is also provided.

The best experience in west Hunan. The staff always friendly, smile service is normal at here. If you drive by yourself, staff can help you to park the vehicle. When you check in, you will get a welcome fruit and some Chinese local snack. There are shuttle bus go to Furong town, what’s kind of bus they have? it’s a MPV, come on it’s shock me so much. About the breakfast, there are many options to choose. You can collect the food like fried rice, fried rice noodles, eggs e.g., and also can order soup rice noodle at counter. The food isn’t spicy, that’ll so cool!

The location is quite far from the old city but the hotel provides very prompt ferrying to and flow from the old city as well as the high speed rail station for free.
The front desk service is excellent. Provide us to welcome fruits and parting with some nice candy.
The balcony is well equipped with a very nice tea set with a supply of local tea, spend some time enjoying it.

Located fairly distant from the entrance of Furongzhen. But offers great shuttle service to and from the scenic area and high-speed railroad station. Good facilities and adequate breakfast.

I am from Singapore and visit 芙蓉镇 for travel together with my friend in Guangzhou. This hotel provides the best services I have ever countered after staying in hundreds of hotels all over the world. The courtesy is shown by every staff we encountered- the front desk, driver cum waiter etc. To quote examples :
The receptionist explained politely and clearly how we should the fenghuang city
The driver cum waiter brought the tea to our room, drove us to the city and brought us to the hotel viewing point at the old town and fetch us back to the hotel.

This is the hotel with the most diverse services. The staff is friendly and the accommodation is beautiful with its own check-in point. There are so many free services that I don’t even want to go out and play. Offering high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off services is already very common, and they also offer pick-up and drop-off services to scenic spots, and they are even willing to provide drop-off services when you go out to eat. There is also breakfast, afternoon tea, evening tea around the fire, goodnight milk snacks, massage pool, welcome gift and souvenirs. Their own Twelve Cities private dishes are also very well made and are local specialties. Before setting off for the scenic spot, we were carefully informed of the route, precautions, and performance times of the scenic spot.
