I am from Singapore and visit 芙蓉镇 for travel together with my friend in Guangzhou. This hotel provides the best services I have ever countered after staying in hundreds of hotels all over the world. The courtesy is shown by every staff we encountered- the front desk, driver cum waiter etc. To quote examples :
The receptionist explained politely and clearly how we should the fenghuang city
The driver cum waiter brought the tea to our room, drove us to the city and brought us to the hotel viewing point at the old town and fetch us back to the hotel.

The room was large and clean. Although it was a bit far from the scenic spot, the hotel provided free shuttle service, which was very timely. When we get off the high-speed rail, there will be a guy waiting to pick us up at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, we saw that we had children and upgraded for free.
