We had a very great time staying here. The staff as very friendly & helpful. The room is very clean & the location is very strategic. You dont have to walk far from the main entrance. The view leave us speechless especially during the night time. It was mind blowing! They will have pickup service from the train station & they can help you arrange transfer back to the train after you check out. Guys! You should stay here! Trust me you won’t regret ;)

The location is ideal. Its in the middle of the old town and has a stunning view. But what made it for me was the service i received from these lovely people. I think i was the only guest and i could choose my room. They are so helpful with questions and with booking my train ticket. The rooms are cozy and look authentic and matches the vibe of the town. The heater was working properly which i could say in many places i stayed. The fact that they offer a drop-off was the cherry on top. I would definitely come back to them again if i go back

Free upgrade. The balcony overlooks the lake, not where the waterfall was. Nice, but in late December where i was, haze smell was prominent so the room smelt of haze.
Room was big. Bathroom was sufficient.
Downstairs had bubble tea and waffle shops. Many restaurants nearby as it was all in the small town. Nice neighbourhood.
Male staff was really nice by picking me up and carrying my luggage to and fro. Free pick up ride from railway station was provided. Free goodies was given too.

Staff arranged a free pick up from the train station and had someone help take the bags to the hotel. The hotel has no elevator and was 2 floors down from street level(1 floor above the waterfall level). And they staff helped bring bags up and down.
The building is an old architectural building like all other buildings in the ancient village,but well kept and very rustic.
They have a wechat that helped us with food recommendations and gave us infk on the local show times and locations. When we left, they prepared snacks,drinks and 2 scented massagers as gifts. Recommend!

We had a very great stay at the inn. The host was very hospitable and friendly. Provided us snacks & hand brewed coffee as we checked in. Highly recommended to stay here!

The room was very nice and beautiful view with can be seen the waterfall and the Tusi bridge, the host was very friendly helpful and kind recommended attached the view from balcony from the room

Great location! Not far from the city entrance. You can walk to many attractions from the hotel. The staff so welcoming and helpful. You can book a room with railway pickup service. She gave good recommendations and assist us finding car back to railway station. She even gave hair pin and snack for us to have on the early morning train. The room has some stains on the wall but everything else was clean. It was cozy with all necessary amenities. I wish I can rate more than 5 stars on service.
