The hotel was located exactly at the entrance of the scenic area and that was perfect. The service was wonderful and they tried to help us as much as they could. Our room was on the lower level and it had a door that led straight outside and it had a perfect view of the lake and bridge. Our room was well decorated and spacious.

it’s inside the furong town so it’s perfect to just walk and see the waterfall, the chamber were clean and pretty with an amazing view

Closely located to the main touristic perimeter. Overlooking the bridge which is one of the iconic attractions. Limited hotel facilities.
Nostalgic ambience. Decent room size with river view and a balcony.
Specially good for those who want easy access to photo hotspot.
Pick-up and drop-off available upon request. Front desk service is not remarkable but efficient.

Coming from a mediocre experience in Zhangjiajie, we were pleasantly surprised by this boutique hotel. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking. The staff, while not versed in fluent English, were very friendly and eager to help. They provided transportation for us back to the railway station. Highly recommend this specially for couples, because it was hard for us to find breakfast in the area that our kids could “handle”. There might be options, but we stayed half a night and half a day and couldn’t find many kid friendly stalls for breakfast.
The town, however, is spectacular. We rented local costumes for our kids and the pictures one takes there are simply breathtaking. We definitely felt we needed one more day there.

Good location right next to the east gate and inside the town. The windows open to a veranda facing the river, so the view is great. You can actually walk out to the veranda to go into town center. They provide free pick up to and from the train station. But the bars nearby can be noisy at night though they stopped the noise by 10:30 p.m.. The room is a bit old but still comfortable.

One of the best services I have seen in my entire life. The hotel stuff picked us from the railway station with no extra charge. They also drove us there for our departure. The room has an excellent view and the hotel is at a very good location within the ancient town. The receptionist moved us to a room at the ground floor to avoid carrying our large baggage. An excellent experience.

Near to entrance Furong town hence don't need for hassle to carry large luggage. The hotel provides free ride to and from the railway station. Hotel staff waiting for our arrival and help carries our luggage to hotel including our exiting. Spacious and comfortable bed to sleep.

Really lovely hotel room with a beautiful view of the river and bridge nearby. The staff were so accommodating. We were picked up from the train station and met by a lovely staff member who brought us to the location to pay for the scenic area ticket and then brought us to the hotel. A very seamless and stress free experience. She gave us some recommendations for the town over WeChat which was very helpful and arranged a transfer back to the train station.

The accommodation is situated near the entrance of the ancient village. Convenient. The receptionist possesses a great deal of attentiveness. The rooms are tidy.
