The hotel is perfectly located, at the entrance of the village.Very nice authentic wooden hotel.
The host will also provide you with information for your visit. Very simple organization of transfers from Furong station.

Outstanding place to rest after a hectic week in Guilin and Zhangjiajie for myself and my daughter., Rustic with modern Amenities, beautiful view from our balcony . Hotel messaged us 3 days before arrival , free pickup and drop off, Friendly , helpful staff, We were able to rest
due to late checkout 2pm. I would like to thank the Lady at the front desk She was warm and caring
even though she couldn't speak English. I thoroughly enjoyed the biscuits that was mixed in with the bowl of fruit upon our arrival and asked her where I could purchase, some???, she gave me a bagful of it 😘😋❤️ with the sweetest peach I've ever had. Thank you Beautiful Lady Highly Recommend

The host is very nice and and assist us in everyway she can. She picked up and send us off, upgraded our room even give us a parting gift. All is very much appreciated. The room is spacious and comfortable with view of the ancient city. Enjoyable stay!

Highly recommended! We had a very lovely stay at Floral Hotel·Baihe Huagu Hotel / 花筑·白河花谷客栈(芙蓉镇瀑布店). Beautiful room, very clean, convenient location and caring service. Charming design and well equipped rooms. Pictures are accurate. Thank you to the entire team - looking forward to our return!

The staff were friendly and they upgraded our room for free. It had a nice view of the town. They also helped us with any questions we had and picked us up from the train station. 👍

This property exceeded our expectations, great location, great view in the hard of town. Stunning views from our room, don’t wait and just book it. The best part of the stay is their customer service, the owner of this cozy boutique hotel went out of her way to make our stay great. She showed us what to do and how the get around and she even helped us order our first meal at a local restaurant she recommended. Truly a an exceptional stay

Very cosy hotel with great view of Furong!
The hotel provides all the information on the shows that are taking place in the old town and waterfall which is a 5min walk from the hotel.
The hotel provides pick-up and drop off services to the railway.
The beds are very comfortable and the room is foreseen of a fly screen.
Would definitely recommend for everyone looking to visit this beautiful town.
