The rooms are significantly cleaner than the guesthouses nearby, and the staff are very friendly and helpful with prompt responses. In an area with so many guesthouses, they truly stand out as professional. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I return. Even though it's not located directly within the scenic area, they offer free parking and a shuttle service to the area. Staying inside the scenic area means cars aren't allowed in, which would make transporting luggage much more cumbersome.

On the 7th floor, the toilet barely flushed, and the water pressure was extremely low; sometimes no water came out at all. The underground parking garage was unfinished and cluttered with building materials. We had to repeatedly request the welcome fruit, and it was only delivered at the staff's convenience. I'd suggest downgrading this hotel to a 2-star.

The room was spotless, and the service was warm and incredibly attentive. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful shuttle service to the scenic spots!

I truly felt this hotel was excellent, from its facilities to its staff. The hotel offers shuttle service not just to the high-speed train station but also to local attractions, which is incredibly convenient. The service was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. My friends and I checked into several rooms together, and not one of them had any complaints. The cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort were all absolutely top-notch. This is exactly the kind of hotel you want to find when traveling. I wholeheartedly recommend it to others!

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and the overall experience was very good. It was the most comfortable hotel to stay in during my trip to Xiangxi. The hotel has a great environment, new and clean facilities, friendly and competent staff, and convenient parking. I highly recommend it if you're visiting Furong Town!

A double bed room for two adults and a child is perfectly adequate. The hotel is clean and bright, with convenient facilities. The service is excellent, enthusiastic and efficient. They basically meet all your needs. The room rate is reasonable, parking is free, and I am very satisfied with my stay!
