設施：有蚊子！熱水慢，主要是很多用品都沒有，比如最基本的，一次性拖鞋，浴帽，紙巾，要紙巾直接給我們拿了廁所的捲紙，那個紙能擦嘴嗎？老闆兩夫妻開的真的很摳。
衞生：很多水垢沒有擦乾淨，還有蚊子，睡了一晚上蚊子吵醒了很多次！！真的很惱火，國慶花了三百多選的酒店，真的很差勁。
十二點就要退房，太早了，我就是本地的還要跟我故意説普通話，明明自己也是本地的，經常住酒店的人表示大部分都是2點退房的。
不會再來第二次。

趕着開學前回家帶孩子出去玩一下，臨時起意從家裡出發前往芙蓉鎮，在網上看了很久才選了這家，因為看的時候芙蓉鎮都是民宿，沒有那種品牌連鎖的酒店，衹好選了一家看起來還可以點評分也比較高的民宿，而且看了簡介也是屬於一個高端民宿品牌，就下單了一個親子房。晚上十點多到店後一進去就看到大廳一桌人在打牌，沙發上躺着一個睡覺的，問了怎麼登記才有人接待，當時帶着小朋友，還主動詢問了小朋友忘帶身份證原件了，但是有户口頁的照片，問可以用這個登記不。辦理入住的工作人員説不用登記。之前出去別的酒店都要求登記未成年人的訊息，這家店不需要。進入房間後衹有一條浴巾和毛巾，這就算了自己帶了一次性的。但是房間窗簾一拉一個很大的蜘蛛就掉下來了，當然踩死了它（圖一）。紙巾盒的抽紙大概抽了五六次就沒紙巾了，按的時候明明感覺還很厚的一疊紙，就是抽不出來，摸起來有塑料包裝的感覺，以為是沒開口，就打算從抽紙盒拿出來，結果一打開非常的驚喜，就是泡沫海綿，也是無語（圖二）。早上退房準備拉開房門的時候，一看門縫這麼大，都可以看到外面，這要是住外間換衣服什麼有被偷窺的可能。衞生就更不用説了，到處都是很厚的灰塵，玻璃門上還有很厚的水垢。住酒店那麼多年，從未點過差評，主要也是作為一個品牌高端民宿，就這樣的服務和設施提供給客人，也不知道有沒有統一的標準。當然了裝修確實有點特色，古香古色，如果在衞生和服務細節上再提升一下，相信會更出色。

如果不是攜程，還真是找不到這家民宿。離景區開車10分鐘左右，遠離鬧市，非常安靜。設計很有特色，温馨而又浪漫，乾淨衞生，投影幕布，停車方便，老闆大方熱情，尤其是一萬多的床睡得很香，關鍵還便宜！

這是住過的最好民宿酒店之一，老闆自己弄的小院，非常乾淨，很温馨，以後來芙蓉鎮還是得要住這，也推薦朋友來。老闆非常熱情，親自接送，有問題給解釋的很清楚。房間床單都是自己洗滌，非常乾淨，住得確實舒服，下次來了還是首選這家。感謝老闆親自下廚的早點。
