整體設施配置高，但是淋浴間很小而且沒有地巾。床上有兩個抱枕，臟兮兮的全是頭髮。地上毛髮也很多。我晚上住宿時一條毛巾掉地上了，我就用來擦地了。退房時前台説沒問題正常退。我走後他家領導打電話説毛巾臟了報廢了，要扣30按金，但他這麼扣沒有提供任何收費依據。我個人同意扣按金，但要求酒店把那條毛巾一剪兩半已確定報廢。開始酒店不同意，最終在我的堅持下還是剪了。提醒要來的旅客，覺得房間毛巾不衞生或是房間不乾淨，不管半夜幾點也要找服務員換毛巾或是收拾衞生。這也是前台接待給我的建議，我覺得很合理。其他問題旅客們自己當心點吧。
