酒店沒有停車場沒有電梯上到三樓掃碼登記登記完20分鐘都還沒有發房間密碼過來本來一天開車就挺累的等得也是挺煩的，然後早上十點我都還沒退房酒店阿姨就直接刷卡開門進來了我都沒跟酒店客服説退房，酒店阿姨説敲了門但我在衞生間洗漱聽不太清楚是不是敲了門但怎麼樣你也得先微信問一下客人是否已經退房作為酒店方最基本的事情都做不好，住的方面都是挺好的就是事情做的不夠好。
