頭天訂的房，第二天退了去吃個飯才開車走，結果被要求收停車費，跟他説是哪個哪個房間還要我拿卡出來，不然不給開門，第二天本來也在網上訂的這家酒店，這一刻瞬間就不舒服。

1.房間鋪了地毯，走進來聞到散發出的類似發黴拖把的氣味，極其噁心，床的彈簧有問題，動幾下感覺都怕把床弄壞，浴室門是壞的，馬桶沖水鍵有問題，毛巾更不用説了，質地還不如一次性的，估計由於掉毛多了變得非常的單薄不吸水2.本來不想計較這些，畢竟價錢擺在這裏，但是酒店的服務態度非常差，讓我忍無可忍，不知道這樣管理培訓出來的服務員酒店是怎麼得到優質酒店的掛牌的？凌晨五點鐘回到酒店，六點鐘睡下，八點一大早被敲門聲吵醒讓我續房。問其原因，回答説八點了，續不續房要提前説，不續好打掃出來給別人住。我回復他説12點前肯定會退房，遂關門繼續睡房間兩瓶水，沒想到是收錢的，好在也不貴，從按金里扣了四塊錢該酒店服務人員以無端非常無禮的行為惹怒消費者，不知道讓別人生氣是公司培訓制度還是你家庭的傳統家訓?非常不愉快的一次住宿經歷，希望得到一個滿意的“道歉”有一個合理的解決方案。希望我這篇評論能給遊玩和出差的小夥伴提個醒

空調等於擺設，中午開到晚上8點房間還是冷的，洗澡時熱水是什麼感覺都不知道，地上衞生間的衞生真的是看都看不下去，設備老化不更新，大冷天熱水還不到位，連最基本的衞生都保障不了
