1進房間就有蒼蠅，還不止一衹2下午很曬，一家人在房間裏休息，真的是熱的中暑，找前台反應，説是沒有電扇空調，長年涼快，不代表沒有熱的時候，先説給我升級到對面房間，我們收拾好打算搬房的時候，又説領導不同意，要換*間需要加錢！第一次遇到這麼奇*的酒店，又不是我自己的問題要換*間，你的基礎設施已經讓顧客身體不適了！3處理方式是的換了個隔壁房，一樣當西曬，根本不在乎顧客感受4衞生條件，到處都可以看到沒有打掃乾淨的地方5硬件可以，確實是投了錢裝修的，但是這種服務不可能來第二次，我是上來避暑的，結果把自己熱的心煩意亂的#衞生差#服務看似處理了，沒解決問題#房間設施不錯

馬楠山風景很好，酒店就在遊客接待中心，房間設施還算可以，房間很小，衞生間倒挺大，酒店外部環境沒有宣傳照片那麼美，這個價格略高，酒店住最便宜的就行。

1.酒店位置很好坐落在雲端就在房間裏就可以看日出這點非常滿意價格也很合適從這點來説非常推薦2.酒店沒有空調只有地暖白天房間裏還是會有點熱3.因為在草原上所以有特別多的小蟲酒店卻沒有驅蟲設施把紗窗關好了都一晚上不知道捏死了多少衹小蟲而且還有不知道哪裡飛進來的飛蛾睡着感覺上全身都在癢這點建議改善4.餐廳是外包出去的太隨意了既然有餐廳那不説全天至少飯點得有飯可以吃吧我們下午六點鐘點餐都給我們説要出去打籃球讓我們自己在外面找餐館吃這點建議加強管理5.舒適大床房：房間較小窗子對着對面的草原但有房屋遮擋不推薦日出房：房間較小廁所乾濕分離落地窗是斜面的正對日出方向不出房間就可以看到日出較推薦霞光房：房間空間適中有浴缸落地窗斜對日出方向天氣不好沒看到日落霞光但在房間內看到了日出往右一點還能看到一點小雲海特別推薦觀雲房：房間很方正空間也比較大正對棧道雲霧方向有種在雲端的感覺斜左方能看到一點日出推薦一共定了四間房兩間舒適大床房一間日出房一間霞光房然後升級了一間觀雲大床房總體來説感受如下

相當可以的房間，簡直就是五星級酒店，環境衞生乾淨，各種設施齊全，入住老闆還很貼心的送了水果零食，房間裏還送了可口可樂，酒店後面的觀景棧道是最佳觀景點天氣好完全可以看到日出。非常滿意的一次入住和旅行。

店如其名！雲端民宿，位於馬楠村委會雲上草原，視野非常好，早晨窗外就是壯觀的雲海，房間乾淨衞生，裝修現代化，端午節剛好趕上苗族朋友過花山節，大家載歌載舞，吃長桌宴，晚上還有篝火晚會，令人難忘！

衞生：加濕器和熱水壺裡全是臟東西。
環境：環境還不錯，能看到外面的風景。
服務：房間衞生間漏水，酒店未解決問題，解釋為房間未驗收。
設施：酒店設計不太合理，衞生間沒有門，私隱性不好，鏡前燈不太智能，人走了燈一直開着，手動也關不掉，晚上一直亮着。
總體：性價比不高，且與**差價很大，130的差價，不太合理。酒店送了兩個簪子，工作人員挺熱情，但感覺不太專業，加強培訓吧。
