房間沒得説，套房面積大，視野好，躺在床上就能觀山看雲、看日出，酒店地理位置得天獨厚的優勢。但是雖然酒店環境還不錯，但是配套服務、設施確實不值那個價格，不管是晚餐的品質還是早餐，特別是早餐非常簡單，衹有單一的麪條、米線，並且廚房衞生令人瞠目。確實，馬楠山還未完全對外開放，整體服務質量還需很大的提升空間。
最後，不得不説，萬畝草原是真心喜歡，天藍草綠非常美，與川西對比，別有一番風味！

雲端民宿的服務很好，前台服務很周到，熱情，很能解決問題，而且環境十分好，附近都是大草原，是一個很值得去的地方，酒店的衞生搞得很好，而且吃的東西也很方便，温度適合，是一個很好的暑假度假的地方。

酒店挺不錯的，問了一下是國有平台酒店。旁邊景區也很棒，草原、雲朵、羊羣給人很愜意的感覺。就是還沒有太多的開發。有個小插曲就是去的時候縣城到景區路還沒有修好，走小路底盤磨的心疼，打12345當時也沒有馬上回復都是問的當地人走小路到景區。值得體驗，路修好應該更方便。希望當地政府能保護好、利用好、開發好，下次還帶家人一起再來。

趁着五一提前二天去馬楠雲上草原，當天去下雨天氣很冷，網上訂的雲端民宿，説句實話沒想到在那樣的地方會這有這麼好的民宿，其實它比很多的三星酒店還要好！前台的小哥熱心助人，趕緊幫着拿行李，前台的小姐姐聽説本人喜歡攝影，立即就幫着升級到一個可以直接觀景的房間，開窗即觀景，非常人性化，房間的設施也是非常新，是一次體驗感非常好的住宿安排，真心稱讚！非常好！有機會還會再去

酒店裝修還不錯，環境也挺好，就是房間廁所反臭嚴重，早餐基本等於叫沒有，衹有一碗麪或者米粉，後來的都沒有了，雞蛋更是供應不夠

馬楠山風景很好，酒店就在遊客接待中心，房間設施還算可以，房間很小，衞生間倒挺大，酒店外部環境沒有宣傳照片那麼美，這個價格略高，酒店住最便宜的就行。
